The food was good and swimming pools are in good condition. I didn't like the suites. Beds are old and need an upgrade. Suites are are old and need a major upgrade. Bathroom floors don't have floor drains, as a result water runs all over bathroom floor ,creating a slip hazard. There is no bathroom fan to keep moisture out.

Beach access is excellent! Staff is very nice! The food was not very good, it needs improvement. Check in needs improvement, unlike anything I have experienced before! Pool area is nice!

Activities are great.Wifi, restaurant reservation and food are horrible. My husband and 6 years old son got sick. Our app to reserve the restaurant does not work. Only the buffets are open during breakfast and lunch but the foods are bad, my son got food poison which made our entire el salvador trip worst.

I want to first off by saying this resort was one the most beautiful places, but the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. First when we got to the resort I provided the security guard with all my information and everything, but then he started to proceed into asking unnecessary questions and if we didn’t answer them he would get snappy. Second the rooms here are very outdated the front door has an opening gap that the door doesn’t even close all the way. There is absolutely no Wi-Fi here at this resort. Also there are NO elevators in this resort this is resort is not meant to be for handicapped people and if your room is on the third floor that’s even worse. On the bright side the AC does work but you cannot adjust it to your temperature liking. Third in order for you to eat at the resort you have to make reservations either at the front desk and or online which is ridiculous. I feel like personally they should have a list of everyone who is at the resort and how many people, and the reservations is all services breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fourth besides all the bad things at this resort everything else was great the all inclusive drinks, karaoke night, performers and the view is amazing. Fifth we have a staff come up to us and ask us to fill out a review, but they took my sisters phone and filled out the review with all five stars which is very disrespectful since the review has to come from the customers perspective not the staff.

Taste of the food needs to improve a lot. Property guidance of staff needs to improve a lot. Better management of facility and transportation. Food is buffet but kept cleaned poorly due to high level of people using the same tool.

Bonita experiencia, habitación antigua pero limpia, el personal de limpieza muy amables y serviciales, lo único en negativo es cuando es mucha gente en la barra para bebidas se complica la atención, instalaciones bastante cuidadas, algunas requieren arreglos de mantenimiento como las barandillas amarillas al mar. En general un viaje agradable diferente y si volveremos en alguna oportunidad

I loved the variety, convenience, and beauty of the property. It really is breathtaking! Immaculately kept grounds, pools, and shoreline. There was a selection of different activities, ranging from aqua aerobics to a kid’s trivia show to a disco to bingo and everything in between. It’s family friendly as well as a great place for single adults and couples. As far as safety goes, there are cameras everywhere, well-lit paths, and lots of staff. The staff were all very helpful. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit when we checked in, and it took two different technicians to fix it for good, but they came and fixed it quickly both times. The food selection is wide and diverse, but the taste wasn’t as great as we’d hoped for. Still pretty decent for a buffet of that size (especially an all-inclusive one)! The piña coladas at the bar were delicious. We loved having everything included! Overall, we’d highly recommend the Decameron to anyone wanting an affordable, all-inclusive tropical vacation resort!

All the meals were buffet style. And it was extremely difficult to reserve anything at the their steak house. You had to be in like around 5am when it opened at 7 just to make reservations. The bathroom in the rooms had a piece of glass covering half of the shower which meant wet floors when you got out. The rooms were very basic. TV was ok. Internet sucked but that’s ok. Pools were nice and extremely warm which I enjoyed.

No dan mucha informacion, dicen tener restaurantes pero al llegar estan cerrados, el snack fatal! El unico buffet abierto esta lejisimos de todo!, y la variedad de comida es muy pobre, nada de mariscos, solo spaguetti y pollo, muy caro para lo que ofrece...el personal del buffet pesadisimo,..en conclusion fue una experiencia para no repetir
