Personale abbastanza antipatico, difficilmente sorrideva. Pochissime persone parlavano un inglese comprensibile. Struttura fatta ad uso e consumo dei turisti britannici, specie orari per la cena, orari della piscina e orario del cambio asciugamani da spiaggia. All’uscita dalla spiaggia era presente un’unica doccia per lavarsi i piedi, e sempre costantemente intasata dalla sabbia, motivo per cui ogni paio di ore gli inservienti venivano a svuotare con un secchio il pozzetto della raccolta dell’acqua, quindi un quarto d’ora d’attesa per lavarsi i piedi dalla sabbia. Spesso il cibo era riciclato dai giorni precedenti e la qualità del vino offerto era simile al tavernello, quindi imbevibile, quindi non in linea con un 5 stelle!!! Pulizia stanze ok e spiaggia meravigliosa, no ombrelloni ma palme! Per chi vuole andare in piscina, ogni mattina si deve preparare ad alzarsi all’alba e piazzare gli asciugamani sui lettini migliori, consuetudine davvero triste, che dovrebbe essere vietata dalla gestione dell’albergo.

Overall, the hotel was decent, though a bit outdated, and there was no elevator. On our first day, we ran out of hot water, which was particularly inconvenient. We informed the reception, and they resolved it fairly quickly. However, one issue I found disappointing was the lack of transparency in their menu. For instance, I do not eat pork, and during dinner at their gourmet restaurant, I ordered the beef menu with a gratin. Unfortunately, the gratin contained pork, which was not mentioned. This left me quite upset. Another major inconvenience occurred a few days before the end of our stay when the air conditioning stopped working. I reported it to the reception at 8:30 a.m., and someone only came to fix it at 11:30 p.m. Worse, the staff member knocked so quietly before using their key card to enter the room that we didn’t hear them. Unfortunately, my wife and I were in a very private moment, and this intrusion was incredibly embarrassing and unacceptable. While the hotel has its positives, these incidents significantly impacted our experience.

C est la deuxième fois que nous partons au Riu Hôtel Karamboa, parfait 👍

une réceptionniste appelée (Artemiza) que travaille dans Riu Karamboa Boa Vista Cap Verd ne savait pas comment faire son travail correctement, elle était la réceptionniste chef mais son service était pire que celui de ses subordonnés… Je n'ai pas aimé le service de cette dame car elle me parlait très mal. Si l'hôtel est 5 étoiles, le personnel et le service doivent également être 5 étoiles. s'il vous plaît, mettez des personnes qualifiées pour que la prochaine fois la même chose ne se reproduise jamais. Au moins, elle aurait dû s'excuser mais elle ne l'a même pas fait. Je n'ai pas aimé et cet hôtel n'était pas un endroit où j'aimerais retourner et le recommander aux gens.

Ottimo Resort. Nonostante le dimensioni e le tante persone è tenuto tutto perfettamente in ordine, pulitissimo. In ottima posizione anche per uscire in ristoranti nei dintorni. Molto consigliato

Amazing staff !!

The food is terrible - over cooked and the same at the buffets every day - the specialty restaurants if you can get a table aren’t much better. No pool service and the evening entertainment was also poor. We had delayed flights and let them know that we would be arriving within the first 24 hours but when we got there they wouldn’t let us into our rooms until 3pm as that was the next days check in even though we had paid for the previous day on full. This is NOT a 5 star hotel - at best a 3 star

Resort is enormous. Best guess would be 1000 rooms. It was overwhelming because of the size for me. This is purely personal.

Very large resort but everything is easily accessible.
