Nice location & property... Some of the Front Desk youngsters came across as immature, unprofessional... I found the amenities (bfast buffet, laundry svce) to be a ripoff; so, I found lcl options myself (bellhops, concierge were useless here)...

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Quito. Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe, convenient and quiet hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food was amazing. We loved everything and ended up staying longer than planned.

Breakfast had plenty of variety which was good. Better quality tea bags needed for us English guests! And a slight concern with food hygiene maybe needs addressing. Guests have to lean over the fresh fruit in order to get juice, which means their clothes are touching the fruit. Not very hygienic. Room was kept clean, good shower. Food very good in the bar.

Coffe Machine on the room was broken. Pool was not working on the city festivities

Very nice service at the check in desk and in general. The only issue was that the beds seemed a little outdated and they could be more comfortable.

Hotel is excellent with 3 restaurants. Pharmacy and an array of shops and beautiful art. The pool looked great. I wish I was here longer. Nice neighborhood with many food options and a short distance from old town.

La habitación no estaba lista . Tomo más de 2 horas . Dijeron que expedía no estaba bien y que la habitación no estaba disponible . Adicional me cobraron 17 adicionales

Céntrico y muy cómodo

atencion en frontdesk un poco con problemas, hicieron un cobro al huesped sin motivos, valor el cual no pudo ser reembolsado por el hotel
