전체 평가 및 리뷰 Oro Verde Guayaquil

Desayunar aquí es toda una experiencia gastronómica de comida local (ecuatoriana) más lo que se encuentra siempre presente en todo buffette. En 3 viajes, durante 3 meses, he visitado 3 diferentes cadenas hoteleras y esta visita es la que me deja la vara alta. No tengo queja alguna sólo cumplidos y elogios para su staff que van más allá del estándar para que cumplas tu objetivo: Tener una estancia PLACENTERA!

Excelente atención desde la recogida al aeropuerto, el check in fue muy fluido y muy amables los dos recepcionistas. De ahí la habitación estupenda , el desayuno perfecto.

When I came in the smelling of humidity was very bad at the entrance closed to front desk area and I can feel a little bit on the rooms too.

Hello and thank you, i was disappointed to have had to wait 3.5 hrs. and my room was still not ready, the concierge got me another room on the 4th floor that was ready. The A/C vent where right over the bed (i was sooo tired from my trip i took a nap) and by the time i got up i had the flu! Needless to say i stayed in the room 2 days without the A/C on. The MEASLY soup portion in the Deli ($10) that did not even cover the spoon as it layed on the plate was insulting to say the least. I complained about the noisy neighbors to reception (2cnd time i couldn't sleep due to noise) security called them (on or about 2:30 am then they finally stopped making noise. I let them know if i went through that noise experience again it would be my last time stepping foot in that place!!
