Clean room, good Martini, very comfortable! And they helped me jump start my car - very much appreciated! Well above the call of duty. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. We were annoyed that the hotel had a huge party (for their staff?) with music that boomed until midnight. No apologies.

As always staying at the Oro Verde was great. Staff impeccable and professional. Daniel, especially was attentive and kind. Cleaning crew was at point, and could answered almost any question. Quiet, spacious, and very clean rooms. Food was good and the signature drinks were delicious.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Karla from the Front Office she was extremely helpful, professional, kind, attentive and absolutely a genuine pleasant person. She not only resolved the issue but she kept in contact to make sure that problem was resolved. She made the difference from being just a stay to an exceptional stay. Overall the whole staff was fantastic but Karla made the difference. I hope she gets the credit she deserves and a heartfelt thank you again for the excellent attention I received.
