갈라파고스 제도에 들어가려면 과야킬에서 항공을 이용해야 한다. 항공 스케줄로 인해 필수로 과야킬에서 1박을 해야 한다. 공항에서 힐튼 호텔이 가깝기 때문에 가격 대비 최적의 호텔이라고 생각한다. 힐튼 답게 깔끔하면서 친절한 서비스가 좋다.

You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated.

Thank you once again! The breakfast was outstanding—so much variety, easily one of the best buffets in town. We also really appreciated the late checkout at no extra charge. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and sauna, all of which were clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive, cordial, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a super clean and well-kept hotel. Thank you!

Terrible customer service!!!! Our bed sheets smelled and our duvet was stained with what looked like food or blood stains- terrible!!!!

Overall experience would give it a 4.5 stars. Staff for the most part very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, clean rooms, exec lounge was nice to have! Would recommend!
