Very Very Good Service and Staff

Location worked for our short stay.

Limited attraction around hotel. Limited food choices in surrounding area that felt safe

Food options were good. Breakfast was especially nice.

The staff was attentive and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay but customer service in the sense of attitudes and friendliness amongst some of the staff was lacking. My props in this area though definitely goes out to Shaquille at pool. Five gold stars for this gentleman. Another five gold stars also to Pamela (hope I remembered her name correctly), she had short hair and wore glasses. She worked at the pool with Shaquille. Food was delicious but a little pricey as expected at a hotel. Would stay here again.

Great work

The Hyatt Trinidad is our home away from home. We love it there. Angelique is the day shift supervisor. She is awesome. She’s always doing nice things for us to make our stay comfortable. Z works in the kitchen and she always goes out of her way to greet us and do little extra things for us during breakfast. She’s the best. Housekeeping was on point as usual. The breakfast buffet is the best in Trinidad Tobago hands down. Perfect mix of island and American food. The front desk staff very friendly and know us by name. We love that. Definitely the best hotel in Trinidad/Tobago for value and price.

Hotel needs anupgrade

The room was horrible and the service was horrible

Overall, my experience was disappointing. One housekeeping staff member who collected my laundry was very unpleasant and abrupt. I was told by Front Desk to a question I asked before preceding to the pool area, that I could walk with food bought from outside to the pool area, only to be stopped by a restaurant staff member in the seated area by the pool and told that we could not eat there. The bed was uncomfortable; so I had two sleepless nights. I could not see outside the window even though I had ocean view and there was loud noise coming from room above. For all the money we paid, I expected a much better experience. Disappointing overall

Very nice hotel

Todo excelente, la comida en el restaurante es deliciosa pero es muy caro, tambien el desayuno por $40 usd! La habitación es perfecta y la cama inigualable.

Great location and access to many restaurants. Picturesque view.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, they catered to all of our needs. The view was amazing from the 12th floor. The shared microwave was dirty and the ice machine wasn’t working with a bag collecting water in the back of it. The windows on the outside were also dirty. But my stay was still comfortable.
