방은 넓고 침대도 더블 1개, 싱글 1개, 2층 침대 1개 (아래, 위로 2개) 로 넉넉했으나 모기가 있어서 매일 물리고, 바퀴 벌레도 있어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다

객실도 깨끗하고 필요한 물건도 말씀하시면 바로가져다주세요 음식이 다 맛잇어요 타이레스토랑이랑 시리우스의 에그베네딕트최고 공항이랑 가까워서 비행기소리가 다 들리는데 하루 몇대안되고 그소리조차 분위기 있게들려요

I have just moved into another reaort..I'm so so happy. . I think If you are european and plan to family trip to shandrani, it must be good choose. But If you are asian or not to fluent in english, your choice may be worst. If service does not improve -expecially in grang port staff, you have to know that all inclusive and cheap price doesn't mean.

공항에서 택시 타고 5분거리. 리조트가 좀 오래된 면이 있지만 주변 환경과 레저스포츠를 무료로 많이 이용할 수 있어서 좋았음

Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The room cleaning was excellent, but overall, the stay was a major disappointment – so we switched hotels after two days. For example, the à la carte restaurant was fully booked, and we received incorrect information from the person in charge. They also forgot about our food allergy at the buffet, which caused issues. On the first day, we had to wait about an hour for a panini at lunch. The TV in our room didn’t work, and when we requested a blanket, it never arrived. There was no fruit, ice cream, or snacks available at the bars. We had booked an all-inclusive package, which turned out to be very poor. Additionally, more than one rat was running around in the buffet area (we have it on video). The rooms are worn out and in need of renovation. However, I believe this hotel might be suitable for families with children who don’t have high expectations for food, comfort, or service.

Very comfortable hotel with outstanding leisure facilities. We went with the Or inclusive (serenity) option and it turned out to be very good value for money. A good selection of quality in imported wines as well as Cocktails, soft drinks and spirits included. The restaurants, particularly the à la cart were very good quality. Would highly recommend.

Our home for the week was fantastic, clean and comfortable with the air conditioner being a saviour. The turn down service was great, though missed for a couple of nights or 3. Unfortunately there was no filter coffee in the room, although I had enquired about that before arrival, and was told that there was filter coffee. The various restaurants were good value food-wise, with the Teak elephant being the best, in our opinion. I used the gym a few times and was impressed with the equipment.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und man merkt absolut nicht, dass das Hotel so viele Zimmer hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett. Das Essen war immer lecker, jeder findet überall was. Die Strände sind alle toll, sauber und sehr schön. Die Flugzeuge stören nicht und auch der kurze Transfer zum Flughafen ist angenehm. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit drei Stränden. Personal war super freundlich, große Essensauswahl durch die verschiedenen Restaurants. Würde das Hotel immer wieder besuchen

Très Jolie plage, snorkling très interessant. Pour le reste, cher pour ce que c’est.

I loved the resort. I think the rooms can be improved a bit but in overall I loved the place!
