Nice hotel, good restaurant and nice food. Expected alot for the view and safari, but pretty much all you can see is fields. (sometimes zebras) Close to the airport so no wasting time in downtown traffic.

This was exactly what I needed to relax and refresh after my safari. The restaurants were great (try the Hawaiian pizza), the spa is beautiful and Fatima gave me the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! The entire hotel is very clean and staffed with very nice and welcoming people. The gift shop has many nice local items. The view of the park from my balcony couldn't be beat.

Not enough towels and the guy insisted he personally put all of them . Bathroom glass shower wall was leaking as liner was broken.. had to call 3 times and finally go the front desk to push them to get it fixed

Je ne suis pas resté a l'hôtel car lhotel est entouré de 2 autoroutes et la chambre etait bruyante. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, et jai réservé un autre endroit. On m'a proposé une chambre legeremmieux insonorisée mais j'ai préféré ne pas reste.

Ole Sereni is an amazing place to stay. Service is exceptional and the amenities are top notch. Great choices for dining and drinks. Rooms are clean and cozy and the staff work very hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Family friendly and safe. Highly recommend this place if your going to visit Kenya!!

After a long flight the room was an excellent place to get some rest

Since first visit over fifteen years ago the hotel has lost its usp that you could dine looking out over Nairobi National Park. Now there is a busy road and noise screens separating the hotel from the park. My room was as it has always been but now looking tired and the bathroom in need of a makeover. The hotel is comfortable enough but it's not what it used to be. It's still quite convenient for the airport but there are closer equally decent hotels if that's important to you. The staff are always very nice.
