The hotel is under renovation and the smell and the noise only at the morning, it will be done by December 2025, and yet I gave them 5 Stars because they deserve it

The overall rating for my stay would be around 6.5 out of 10. While the property is clean and has a nice atmosphere, it’s evident that it’s in need of renovation. The décor, including the dark brown color of the furniture, the bed style, and the shower, all feel quite dated. Unless the rooms undergo some updates, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and likely won’t plan to return.

This is the 2nd time I stay in the hotel and again, me and my family loved it. I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were OK .. Need renovation to be honest. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the times. Swimming pool is nice and the jacuzzi next to it is OK. There is also a kids pool available. All are outdoors and on the 7th floor. The view is nice whether its in the morning or evening. There is no longer breakfast available in the hotel which is OK for me. I went to Seef Mall everyday. I had breakfasts in different cafes in the morning. Talking about Seef mall, hotel is connected to it. There is an access to it from hotel's lobby. You can go and enjoy shopping or dining there anytime. My kids enjoyed going to the mall freely anytime. Overall, I enjoyed the stay again and I recommend it for families.

The hotel is 5 stars and live to that standard, I booked a one bedroom apprtment with a kitchen that yoy can use for samll cookign or just heating leftovers like i did. The satff arw super super friendly, i know that you might thing that is true for allot of hotels but for me the staff of this hotel as a whole are the second best staff from all the hotel i stayed in. the location is great next to a small mall that has the necessary things you might need.
