Not bad

슈가비치에서 3박하고 롱비치로 이동. 4박 체크인 완료. 3일째 되던 날 점심쯤에 쇼핑몰 갔다 저녁에 돌아왔는데 카드키가 안되서 카운터 갔더니 왜 체크아웃안했냐고 되묻는 직원, 우리방은 청소도 안되어 있고.. 사건의 발단은 체크인하던 직원의 실수로 3박으로 되어 있었음...그러나 누구하나 미안하단말도 안하고... 너무 열받아서 소리쳤더니 데스크직원들이 자기가 한 실수가 아니라고만 함. 메니져 불러서 난리쳐서 사과받고 끝냄... 체크아웃할때 먹지도 않은 점심식사비용 청구 150불... 또 미안하단 말 안함... 또 소리쳐서 사과받아냄. 아침 식당에서도 웃는 직원을 못 봤음...음식맛도 없고, 종류도 너무 없음. 차라리 슈가비치가 좀 더 나은듯...그렇다고 좋다는 말은 아님... 모리셔스 참 별로네요...

We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service.

The propery is adverised as 5 star resort unfortunately it is not, the rooms we were shown to had various issues the curtians had holes in the dresser was broken. We complained and the staff were helpful and gave an upgrade. The rooms are not family friendly there are no doors between the bedroom and the shower ao if you are having a shower or on the toilet and you are sharing your room with young children there is nothing stopping them comming in. Also if you go online google will tell you the resort has a heated pool but it does not anymore. Glasses/saucers are not replaced and washed rather rinsed in the sink and put back for you to use. For the amount you pay it is not what i expected especially as a 5* resort.

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta. Cibo internazionale, soprattutto asiatico. Al ristorante italiano Sapori abbiamo mangiato bene. Purtroppo la spiaggia è esposta al vento e quindi difficilmente sfruttabile. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Da risolvere il “problema” della coda a colazione e cena al ristorante principale: in una struttura del genere non è accettabile rimanere in fila per accomodarsi a mangiare.

The Long Beach Resort was an excellent place to relax no matter if the weather was not always so perfect. The hotel service (everybody was incredible polite, very professional, positive life style) and excellent sports amenties were outstanding. Even unusual wishes of our daughter (Henna Tatoo at kid‘s club) have been made possible. Rental car delivered and returned on site without complex bureaucracy. The restaurant food and ambience was excellent (very good variaty and quality, we booked our tables via hotel app which worked perfectly). We have a premium suite with beachfront (wake up by sunset).

Excellent tout le personnel est tellement gentil La vue est splendide et le confort est au top! Les 4 restaurants au choix du all inclusive sont super bons et variés. Bref un séjour au top même si le temps en hiver n’est pas excellent Seul bémol les raquettes de tennis/padel payantes dommage on aurait aimé pouvoir en profiter » gratuitement » comme le reste

Le séjour a été excellent pour moi et mes enfants. J’appréhendais de ne pas pouvoir occuper les enfants mais le kid club a été parfais. On peut y laisser les enfants toutes la journée gratuitement et des activités sont prévues tous les jours pour occcuper les enfants. Le club ado aussi a permis à mon grand de s’épanouir tous les jours. Vraiment merci à toutes l’équipe de l’hôtel qui a permis que notre séjour se déroule à merveille ❤️

Out of all the staff from the property only 3 gave excellent service.

Welcoming was excellent Thereafter complete downhill. Unfriendly staff and have to request things 4 times before anything is done.

Friendly and helpful staff, good cleaning services, dining options are better comparing to the local standard. The area is a bit far from other activities.

Nydelig resort med fantastiske ansatte som virkelig gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. God mat, fine sportsfasiliteter, fin strand og rolig atmosfære. Vi fikk oppgradert til familie-suite, noe som gjorde opplevelsen komplett. Tusen takk for oss

La struttura è ben curata al proprio interno, le camere sono spaziose e pulite ed il personale è tutto votato alla soddisfazione del cliente. La struttura è direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata oltre ad avere al suo interno 2 piscine di cui una solo per adulti. Il giudizio è sicuramente positivo.
