Very close to airport

I specifically picked this location because it was close to the airport so I expected to hear some noise, it was also supposed to have a restaurant and bar. Neither of which were open during our stay.

Beautiful scenery and island But room had broken doors and broken handles in shower. Neighbor room can hear you…if you know what I mean..! I left June 9th and still haven’t received my deposit yet… it it June 15th ….6 days ago

No generator when power is out

Lights weren’t working and no maintenance on property so was left with no lights

Property was not as good in the pictures, lots of hurricane damage that has never been fixed. Also had an annoying lady who claimed she owned some big hotels on the island there and not stop bugging us about how “influential” she was and that the owner lets her stay there for free. This lady also kept feeding the iguanas at the pool that another person had claimed to kind of attack them, and that is why they keep staying around the pool.

The front desk lady is very professional and very nice her name is Vicki and great service I love it

No restaurant or bar, staff was nice.

Pretty run down, parking was very limited. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock, leaving it very easy to break into if someone wanted to do so.

The hotel needs to be updated. No elevator, tv wasn’t working, light in room dull.

Very dated property. No elevator and stairway looked like carpet had been in a flood. TV didnt work and no restaurant on property. Had to beg for a different room. Room was bigger but only 2 channels worked on tv. No where to go so you are stuck in the room. Hair dryer didnt work and difficult to get staff to find a working one. Do not stay here.
