The hotel is very old the furniture and everything the energy in it. It’s not alright and about the spa is not included in the price and it’s very overrated.

I found the hotel perfect for my short break in Chisinau. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Ideal for a solo traveller.

Room had ants that were not dispatched, the bed was a sea of lumpiness and completely uncomfortable, one lamp never functioned

Can't fault the place - great location and a short walk to many pubs and cafes. Staff were top-notch and really couldn't have done enough for us. Always had a big smile on their faces (especially Mariana!). Hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean. I'll definitely stay here again when back in Chisinau :)

Hotel was clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. But the swimming pool was closed. And access to the fitness area and hammam was not available. The hotel is on a busy street and about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Chisinau seemed safe and I walked the streets at all hours. Restaurants and bars and museums and churches all over. Parks too.

Rummet var helt ok enligt östeuropeisk standard. Sängarna var sköna och renligheten som man kan förvänta sig. Frukostbuffén var mindre bra, litet utbud och fylldes endast på vid behov. Servicen var förstklassig och de trevliga tjejerna i receptionen hjälpte oss med allt vi bad om. Extra bra var den proaktiva servicen som att erbjuda sig att leverera minkvarglömda jacka till biluthyraren när vi checkat ut eller att kontakta oss när de hörde att vi sökt dem. De var också duktiga på engelska. Helt klart prisvärt mellanklasshotell.

The hotel was very poor. I have been using hotels .com for years all around the world,and this is by far the worst hotel i have stayed in. It was a good way out of the city center. The breakfast was that bad it was not worth going down for.

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, finom és bőséges reggeli. Emiatt nagyon sajnáltam, hogy a repülőgép korai indulása miatt nem tudtam reggelizni, és " úti csomagot" sem adtak a reggeli helyett.

Hotellet virker ret nyt og godt vedligeholdt. Vi troede der var et ekstra badeværelse med men det var der ikke i virkeligheden. Der var A/C hvilket var heldigt pga varmen (32 grader i juni). Et lille tv i hvert værelse. Sengen var en skuffelse. Den manglede topmadras så man sover på en hård boksmadras. Rart med to værelser. Personalet var super venlige og ok gode til engelsk. Det var også nemt at finde god billig mad rundt omkring. Morgenmaden der ingår er ok men ikke fantastisk. Lidt lun kaffe, vand, kager, frugt og æg. Hotellet var for dyrt for standarden.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 night last minute at a reasonable price. Overall very good experience, friendly and competent staff, rooms were medium size but airy and modern with comfortable beds. Walking distance to downtown locations and with a number of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. 15 to 20 min to the airport. I didn't try the restaurant, buffet breakfast was ok and reasonably diverse. Free WiFi was available and stable. Only small niggles are (a) noisy main road if you have a room facing the front (mine was and I stil slept with windows open, though); (b) Slightly shoddy exterior, so not the best impression when first arriving, but in good nick inside; (c) safe deposit box in the room was minute (but a bigger one seems available at reception if you want to entrust them with your stuff).

At first the hotel seemed friendly if not a little quiet. However when I came to pay they wouldn't let me use a card, I obvisouly didn't carry that kind of cash and it was a hassle to checkout.
