If you want to experience terrible hotel service, please stay. They will ignore what you say and room would not be ready properly at high room rate. Of course, there is no compensation on your worst stay.

Hotel staffs not only do not have service mind but do not speak English well

전반적으로 만족하였고 스태프도 친절하였으나 결정적으로 객실에 개미가 많았던 점은 많이 아쉬웠습니다

Just Novotel

Modern interior and excellent food is here. Staffs are mostly kind and speak good English. Room is comfy and two bottles of water are refilled to freezer everyday. Walkable distance from African Development Bank. Occasional musical performance by the pool and restaurant truly creates the vibe.

사실 이 지역에 좋은 호텔이 적습니다만, 이곳은 가격대비 너무 아쉽습니다. 영어는 기본적인 수준으로만 통합니다. 조식부페에는 한국 및 동양음식이 전혀 없습니다.. 과일은 좋고 빵도 동네대비 수준급이지만 밥이 없어 너무 질립니다.. 욕조가 있는 방은 모두 시티뷰입니다. 그렇다고 리버뷰 경치가 좋은것도 아닙니다. 수영장은 크지않으나 지저분하지는 않습니다. 헬스장 기구들은 거의 문제가 있어 제대로 된 운동을 하기 힘듭니다. 밤11시 도착 비행기가 연착되었는데 새벽에도 셔틀을 운행해 주어서 좋았습니다. 침대는 좋으나 공조(에어컨 도는 소리)가 에어컨을 꺼도 계속 웅웅 납니다. 샤워 물은 잘 나오나 온수보다 되려 냉수가 잘안나옵니다. there r not many decent hotels around, however compare to the price, this hotel is not very satisfied. Desk people speak very basic level of English. Rooms are clean and simple. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is humble but has strong hot water. Room has some air circulation noise all the time and that really buzz when i go to sleep. During my 5days stay they were out of sleeper.. Breakfast buffet might be good for Western people but not for Asian since they don't have any Asian cousin. Rooms with bathtub are all city view. Fitness club's machines all have problems not working properly. You wouldn't be able to work out properly. Swimming pool is well managed not dirty.

노보텔 답게 편안한 밤을 보냈습니다만.. 아직 1층에 공사 중이어서 별로 보기에 좋지 않았습니다. 1층에 있는 식당은 참 맛있어요.

Clean and quiet accommodations

I fell ill during my stay and I was taken to the hotel infirmary to meet their friendly doctor, I received a prescription and one of the hotel staff went out, got it and brought it to my room. I was checked on regularly up to my departure. Thankful for the extra support.

Nice & clean rooms with excellent views. Very good breakfast and staff service. Good Gym facilities and a nice pool. Highly Recommended.

Its was OK but for sure there is. a lot of room to improve

Guter Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad in dem man wirklich gut Längen schimmen kann. Sehr gute allgemeine, freundliche, legere Atmosphäre, kein Snobismus, wie oft in Hotels mit 4-5 Sternen.

O hotel está em uma boa localização. Os funcionários foram amáveis, e o café da manhã, apesar de caro, era delicioso e bem servido. Única reclamação é que não repuseram o café e a água no quarto. A piscina também parecia um pouco verde e suja.
