Everything was exceptional except for your wireless internet connection

All the staffs I met were very polite and helpful. The place is quiet and best for relaxation.

Although I had notified Serena Head office of my garlic allergy, Serena Lake Manyara. did not know on arrival. The chef prepared me a separate meal which was excellent. We were invited back for lunch on our return journey to prove that the food could be prepared. We were treated to a special location, excellent food to address the earlier problem. I cannot fault the staff in their desire to remedy the situation and give us a good experience overall.

値段の割にファシリティが良くない。 部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫もないし、空調もない。小さい扇風機のみあるが、音がうるさくて眠れない。虫が入るので窓も開けられない。 ２泊したが、食事のメニューはほとんど同じなので連泊は微妙かも。 2階でも部屋からはマニャラ湖は木で全然見えない。

Wir verbrachten mehrere Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden vom Personal sehr gut umsorgt. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit machen dieses Hotel zu einem Paradies. Unset Lieböingsplatz war am Swimmingpool. Der Ausblick auf den Lake Manyara ist beeindruckend! Vielen Dank dem Team auch für die Überraschung am letzten Abend. Wir wurden mit einem persönlichem Bufett mit Barbecue überrascht.

Overall the hotel and staff are good. The only thing i strongly reccommend them to work on is the food. Compared to other hotels in the area they are below average. This said, thw rooms were clean and service was good!

It takes us an afternoon to fix a game drive in lake lanyard national park with or own car. The result was nice (after a lot of energy spent...)

Great staff, Nice ambience and very good entertainment though the rooms themselves do not compete with other lodges in the area. Bullfrogs near the restaurant and the infinity pool/bar area are highlights

Very Good , Nice Staff , Nice Food , except a TV set & Wi Fi and Mini Fridge in Room , no Iron and Board in Room ,.... rest was all perfect

We think that the hotel is a little bit old, and, except for the bed, the room is not confortable.

Nette Lodge, netter Service und super Atmosphäre gepaart mit tollem Ausblick und schicken Häuschen! Aaaber: SCHWER zu finden! Wer "suchen" toll findet, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! ... Kleiner Tipp: Einfahrt am Airport wählen und sich nicht verwirren lassen von nicht vorhandenen Wegen!
