The deluxe room was great size! Room service and bar/club was attentive and professional; good for a big group. Front desk was always quick and happy to help. Wish the tv was bigger and the fridge was bigger.

I only stayed for one night while intransit.

They will charge you extra money for your family staying with you found extremely Expensive and unprofessional it felt like a scam and also asking identification from each family number God knows , what they’re gonna do with it, they can use it as identity fraud

Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast and coffee machine large room comfortable bed. Hotel a little dated but nice and value for money

The noise from the traffic during the night was extremely loud. Car horns, racing motorcycles, car wheels that was whining. The hotel itself was quite run down but also quite cheap. Breakfast was ok.

Shower head just fell off after turning the water on. No hot water available in the showers. no slippers provided for the room. Breakfast buffet was nice with assorted healthy options. Overall reasonable for the price I paid.

Old, outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping and restaurants. It is clean but can be noisy at times. The service can be improved as it took hours to get a towel to the room and during breakfast some items were not replaced. Nonetheless, the staff went beyond expectations to try to make up for those inconveniences and were very kind. Parking is good and the whole stay comfortable.

The drain for the shower drained slower than the water from the shower, the jets in the bath tub didn't work and Wi-Fi was in and out

For the price was better than I expected. Will stay there again.

I like the bar and restaurant. This will be my last stay here at the hotel. I have gotten bed bug bites all over from staying there for 2 nights. I am now treating my apt in case they got in my luggage or clothing. No thank you.
