We stayed 3 nights. very good staff. Rooms are average. Not very clean. carpet in the room is dirty. Small changes in the rooms can make it nice. Seems they don't care about it. Very good restaurant in the hotel.

The aircon wasn’t working when I got there with 38 degrees and the poet points where not working and they changed my room and same thing

Hotel was in easy access to city centre. (Walking or cab) Breakfast was hit or miss depending on which staff on duty

I enjoyed the in-house restaurant. They need a sign outside that says Hotel Aristocrat. Unless you know that there is a hotel there, it appears to be just a restaurant.

Outdated hotel no warm water for shower but needed a switch to turn on no information or maps any more. Restaurant very mediocre parking facility inadequate. No bedside tables or lamps. Lightswitch of very bright main light at door not at bed.

For me it was very short stay. Came in the dark, I just had enough time to have a (actually very) good dinner and sleep after that. Good food. A bit noisy when your window is toward the restaurant area. But I was just too tired to complain. Polite service, good bed.

ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt. Sehr nettes Personal, großes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Frühstück a la Carte auch sehr gut

Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Frühstück, individuell a la carte wählbar mit einem Früchteteller als Dessert.Im Zimmer hat leider eine Nachttischlampe gefehlt und ein kleiner Tisch. Sonntags Zimmerreinigung vergessen, Handtücherwechsel selbst initiiert.Kein Parkplatz reserviert, trotz frühzeitiger Anfrage..Sehr hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Die nicht zentrale Lage mit Mietwagen kein Problem. Praktisch ein kleiner Kühlschrank!

Overall, good stay. Had challenges taking our luggage to the room since there was no elevator. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.

It was really wonderful. Good prices, interesting breakfast, comfortable and wide rooms. Very nice hotel staff.
