I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. The facilities are a little dated, but the staff was great and the rooms were very clean. There is no ATM on the property, so it’s best to get cash in town before arriving. Views were breathtaking, pools were great and restaurants were ok. Overall, I highly recommend and will be going back again next year.

Bonjour, Je suis déçue de mon séjour au Magdalena. Le golf et les alentours de l’hôtel ont l’air d’être bien entretenus, cependant, le ménage de la chambre n’a pas été fait correctement. Les sanitaires n’ont pas été nettoyés durant les 3 jours, hors nous étions 3 dans la chambre. C’est inadmissible! Le problème a été signalé à la réception, aucune réaction, cela n’avait pas l’air de déranger. Ambiance très calme donc pour ceux qui recherchent du repos, c’est une bonne chose. Moyenne d’âge des clients de l’hôtel : 70 ans. Ne mérite pas son statut de 4 étoiles.

The front office manager was very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel earlier in the morning and he provided us the courtesy to check in earlier to start our day! This was very much appreciated as we had a driver waiting to take us around.

Despite some maintenance issues on some parts of property, the room was gorgeous. Food was excellent, staff were kind

The property was safe and it was great that breakfast was included There was not much of a beach

Utility system no hot water bath toilet bath tubes are are out dated very old and dirty And Not properly Attainder All doors are very tight and Lot of strengths require to open or slide horribles state

It was relaxing and fun

The room I stayed in was quite dated and in need of some modernization. The overall facility also seemed to require updating to match the standards of a contemporary resort. On a positive note, the breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. However, the overall ambiance and amenities could benefit from a refresh to enhance the guest experience.

Old property that is well maintained. The best thing about the place is the staff- all pleasant and trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The scenery was absolutely spectacular, a photographer's dream.

The resort is far from food and other things and you need a taxi or car. The resort should a variety of different foods since the resort has multiple restaurants. All the restaurants offer the same menu except Kalina. The property can use some updating. Cleanliness of house keeping can be better. The towels are very dingy. It’s a lot of the small things on this property that can be better. Overall nice but would not recommend to anyone coming from the us.

The property is beautiful however they need maintenance all around..the restaurant hours vary day by day schedule during my stay. They didn’t have the customer service skills, not friendly. Often you had to hunt after a personal. We love to revisit when service and building maintenance improves.
