깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이였습니다

객실은 매우 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으나 몇몇 방에서 불쾌한 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 머리가 아플 정도였다. 숙박하는 사람이 많아 방을 바꾸기도 어려웠지만 그 냄새 속에서 지내다가 3일만에 방을 바꿨다. 뷔페, 내부 레스토랑에는 동양인이 먹을만한 음식은 전혀 없다. 다만 수영장 시설이 잘 구비되어 있고 객실 또한 청결함을 유지하는 것은 만족한다. 비행기 출발 도착 시간에 맞추어 체크인 아웃 타임을 조정해준 직원에게도 감사하다

The hotel is simply stunning, elegant décor, immaculate attention to detail, and a serene atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The complimentary drinks were generously stocked, and the welcome treats such as fresh fruits, a box of chocolates, and both still and sparkling water, were a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. Dining at the Papillon restaurant was a delight. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or just a lover of bold, flavorful cuisine, the menu caters to every dietary need without compromising on taste. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The spa? Absolutely divine. I indulged in two treatments and left feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapists were professional, attentive, and created a truly luxurious experience. Having stayed at other hotels in Accra, I can confidently say that none compare to the Kempinski. It’s not just a hotel ,it’s an experience. Transparent pricing, no hidden charges, and exceptional service throughout. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends travelling to Ghana in 2026, and I’ll be returning without hesitation. In my view, a trip to Accra isn’t complete without a stay at the Kempinski.

I travelled to Ghana for my birthday and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. All of the staff were so lovely, particularly Charity and it will definitely be a hotel I will stay at again and recommend!

Kempinski completely changed my idea of what a hotel stay could feel like. I didn’t expect to be this impressed—especially since that same month I had already stayed in three different hotels across three countries: Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Doha (Qatar), and Singapore. Each of those was nice in its own way, but Kempinski outshone them all by a long mile. The staff alone set the tone—responsive, genuinely joyful in the way they attended to every request. Then came the food: the buffet was a world tour on its own, with endless options and champagne right on the menu. From my room, the pool view was incredible, and the complimentary sauna and steam bath made the experience feel even more indulgent. What really sealed it was the personal touch. I had mentioned it was my wife’s birthday, and we returned to find the room beautifully decorated, a whole cake waiting, and a bottle of champagne on ice with two glasses. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Even down to the little details—like Ferragamo body lotion, shampoo, and body wash—it felt like luxury in places I didn’t expect. Kempinski didn’t just meet expectations; it set a new bar. I’ll definitely be returning to Ghana, and when I do, Kempinski will be my first stop

Beautifully appointed hotel. Great spa and gallery. Staff friendly and helpful. Two glitches were with room service, once the delivery of the order took almost double the time and the other time the chose. Option was not available but it took awhile for them to realize that it was not available which meant that I again had to wait extra time for my order.

I liked staff who were knowledgeable!! The service level high !! I will return to this hotel and tell my friends to stay here. Rose Foster was very helpful in completing my reservation and assured me after we were late check gave hotel staff a heads up. The front desk was awesome!!! I really enjoyed my stay!! Thank You for wonderful experience!!

Large, clean hotel, but very little character and questionable service. No ironing boards in rooms and i had to call 3 times and wait almost two hours for one to be delivered. Very slow service in bars and restaurant. I had a late flight, but no offer of even a short late check out without a $150 bill - even though hotel was clearly quiet. Condidering nights are circa $500 a night, you would expect something a little better.

My stay at the Kempinski Hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food options at the hotel were plentiful and tasty! I had a fantastic time in Ghana and look forward to returning and lodging at the Kempinski.
