Massive bed, good air con. Friendly staff.

We loved our stay at Timothy Beach Resort! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it is right on the beach so the views and beach days were amazing. It is also within very close walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again next time we visit. I highly recommend!

Friendly and timely welcome. Room easy access and baggage carried to room. Nice balcony with coffee again room for early morning. Casual and pristine attached restaurant and bar.

On sea, quiet and friendly. Simple

We only spent 1 night at this motel. The room and furniture need to be replaced. The bathroom shoukd be redone. It was very noisy with loud music until around 2 am from the bars across the street. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. I woykd never stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several dining options nearby which were delicious. Property was cleaned, pool was well maintained, Beach was beautiful

It's a lovely, affordable, quiet area with lots of options for casual and formal dining. The beach is clean and calm with lots or beach chairs to rent (or free if staying at Timothy Beach Resort). There is also a bit of night life at the several bars and diners along The Stip. Taxis are always available to take you around the island or wherever you want to go. Timothy Beach Resort is a lovely, relaxing, comfortable, safe and clean place to stay. I highly recommend for the budget traveller.

The beach was great and their was many restaurants within a walkable distance.

We will definitely stay here again! We had an issue with our tv and they upgraded our room without hesitation - far exceeding our expectations of customer service! Both rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds and great AC. The location is fantastic.

Best side on the island to be on the carribean sea Vs the colder windier Atlantic side. Nice beach backed by about 10 restaurants and bars of all types of food. Happy hour 3 caribes for $5!

Walking distance to great restaurants, and at the beach. Staff were super friendly and accomodating.

Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!

The property needs updating. 3 days in a row we had no water at night. Ever try to brush your teeth or shave without water, or shower.

The property is a great base point to explore the island especially the southeast peninsula (Majors Bay a must for secluded beach with clear turquoise waters. While the rooms are not high luxury if that is how you travel, we found them quite functional and very reasonable. The staff ( especially Raol(sp) at the Dock bar ) are very friendly and helpful. While the nearby bars and restaurants can be noisy on occasion ( if your room faces them ) we weren’t terribly bothered and the food at the ‘strip’ restaurants and bars is quite good ( Sommelier our favorite) We would definitely return on a return trip.

Room were big and walking distance to Timothy beach was great. Mattresses were super hard. Glad i brought my own pillow.

Perfect accommodations! We’ve found other islands and areas to be not be very walkable, but this area definitely is. Groceries and tons of dining options close. The public beach is perfect and the resort has chairs and umbrellas for guest use. For general reference: toiletries aren’t provided, so don’t forget to pack your own
