The entire facility was beautifully kept—clean, inviting, and well presented. However, the first contact we have as guests sets the tone for the entire stay. If the reception or front desk staff are not warm, courteous, or polite, then even the most spotless and elegant building can feel unwelcoming. A genuine smile and respectful greeting make all the difference.

Un hotel accesible económicamente, la piscina es fría, bajo techo, no hay bufet de desayuno, se selecciona de 3 opciones, las tortillas no están incluidas. Con Expedia.com solo está disponible habitación de 3 camas, solo ocupaba 2 y la habitación está contigo al bulevar, muy ruidosa por el transitar continuo de los vehículos toda la noche, tengo sueño ligero y me fue imposible dormir continuo.

Bed should be cleaner and towel renewal policy should be displaued or disclosed properly. Road side rooms WAY TOO noisy.

Sort of off the beaten path. I booked for the restaurant since I was tired and didn’t want to venture out for dinner after traveling internationally for two full days. Turns out the restaurant is closed on Sundays though. They did arrange food delivery instead which was fine. But my options were Pizza, KFC, or Dennys. Would have loved a traditional local food option. The staff were all wonderful and overall this hotel was a great choice.

Everything is ok but a few issues with safety in the bathroom, mainly at the tube where no safety measures are present.
