Overall stay was good. A/C worked fine. Elevator was broken one day. The yard behind the tower needs to be cleaned up. Workers cabin was full of trash and dirty laundry. That is the view for everyone on that side of the tower. should be more appealing.

Place was going through renovations, construction and hotel staff was not aware of guests sleeping at 5:00 am and they were holding loud conversations. Breakfast times could be extended after 8:00 AM on a Sunday.

Receptionist couldn't find my reservation at 1st and charged me, but i showed proof and then refunded charge. The room is really nice and bed comfortable. The food was OK could be better since its one of the best hotels in the area. Overall i wouldrecommend

The key cards are a problem… they get deactivated all the time, I have to keep going back to be re program, and it wasn’t just me, I heard the same complain from other guess. The keys are so old and worn out.

Old bathroom need update

La muchacha que nos atendió de recepción nos dio la peor habitación que tenía Lotes la más descuidada. Hubo problemas constantes con la llave para entrar a la habitación que era de tarjeta. Nos preguntó si la reservación de ser directa de una empresa o de la aplicación porque parece que tratan a los clientes de distinto modo de acuerdo a cómo hayan hecho su reservación aunque hayan pagado por una habitación buena. Desafortunadamente no nos trataron bien

Trato excelente, nos dieron habitación muy mala con humedad y nos cambiaron a una mejor.

Good economical hotel where you can see that most locals stay. While I only stayed two nights, it’s served its purpose. Rooms are a bit dated still average for the stay.

Looking for a place that charges like they have amenities but doesn't, this is the place for you. No washclothes, hand towels, drinking glasses, not even a menu for their restaurant. Let's not mention the cold dead like faces of every single employee there with the exception of the gun toting guard. 3 days and never a smile, wave, good morning, good evening. Weirdest vibe ever. When we left, the front desk staff actually asked the guard to ask us for the room key. The most impersonal experience ever

No servia el a/c, no tenian registrada mi reservación, no querian dar almohada extra, no pude ni comprar una gaseosa porque no tiene para dar vuelto. Baño sucio.

Very nice medium sized hotel in a centralized area. There is a view to the beautiful pool as soon as you walk in the front entrance. Check in was relatively Quick with a very nice lady who is at the front desk by herself the room with the double beds have a work desk, a chest drawer, and a closet. Everything you need for a stay definitely recommend this place.
