Hôtel propre. Personnel accueillant

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great spa, good restaurant. Can absolutely recommend for a night close to the airport

I have now stayed at this hotel around five times and aside from it being a little Oasis in TANA, what I value most is the consistency of the offering and in particular, the service. You don’t get that everywhere in Madagascar but we are always comforted when we know we are coming to stay here.

The only issue was the gym. The treadmill was not working…

the grounds were clean and the air conditioner worked well. Very nice

This is our second stay at the Relais - we stayed here in 2025 just for one night but are now staying for two so we can decompress coming from London and also enjoy the pool and restaurant. There is also great WiFi so I can complete some work. Friendly staff, lovely food especially the breakfast which has a variety of hot dishes, cold buffet, pastries and omelettes. Rooms are good and the grounds delightful - a real oasis.

Parfait

We appreciated the free airport pickup. Decent size room with a comfortable bed. AC was good and strong. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items (including gluten free items) but not a lot of protein. Dinner was excellent. The hotel is situated in the middle of a busy part of town with few tourist restaurants. Seems safe to walk around but we didn’t feel comfortable eating the many street food places. Staff were friendly and helpful.

La chambre est confortable et bien équipée avec des produits naturels pour la salle de bain. Le jeune personnel est avenant et agréable. La cuisine est de qualité à des prix raisonnables. Le SPA et la piscine sont appréciables. Par contre, la petite salle de fitness très peu équipée n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Constant power cuts, no hot water on the first night until after midnight, everything is signed for twice, staying in the room cost an extra €60 for a few hours in the afternoon before I go to the airport even though the hotel is almost empty, breakfast is disgusting with the exception of the person making the omelettes. The best part about this Hotel has been picked up from the airport no question.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel spa situé loin des tumultes du centre ville et proche de l'aéroport. Tout était parfait ! Merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui est vraiment à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant, la piscine et le spa. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Everything was terrific

Basic but good room, had to negotiate van was to get to reception on check out. Food especially breakfast very good. Aggressive airport transfer demands

Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff and relatively cheap. Excellent lunch and dinner options in terms of cost and quality
