재방문 의사 없음, 리셉션 직원분은 친절하였고, 예정 체크인 시간보다 이르게 2시간 일찍 체크인을 도와주었음. 그러나 포터가 캐리어를 성의없이 들고, 체크인 설명을 할 때 귀찮아 함이 보였음. 오션뷰라고 했지만, 발코니를 나가야 대각선으로 살짝 보일듯 한 오션뷰였으며 수영장도 공사 중으로 이용할 수 없었고(인스타그램에 관련 내용 게시되어있었으나 개별적 안내는 없었음) 전체적으로 호텔 외관은 너무 예뻤으나 객실을 꼼꼼히 보니 낙후되어있었음. 추가로 샤워기 헤드가 없어서 씻기 불편하다고 생각되었다. 방 크기는 컸으나, 다시 재 방문하진 않을 듯.

We haven’t had any replies for the airport shuttle - after sending email a week ago and sent the another notice 3 days ago for arrival. Not responsive to inquiries. The room is a bit nosy, air conditioning sounds very loud and the toilet didn’t flash out. The remote controller was broken. Treasure box didn’t work with PW setting. And the card transaction was broken so it also wasted hour time over 30min when we were head for leaving. About that issues the service and their attitude was not helpful. That was disappointing.

베란더 문 고리가 고장나서 잠기지 않았음. 별 문제는 없었지만 조금 불안했음. 나머지는 좋았음.

건물이 오래되어 파손된 부분들이 적지 않고 특별히 수도물이 온통 녹물이어서 세수하거나 샤워하기가 내키지 않았다.

In general, it was good. It commands a fine view of seaside

Mobilier tres vieux, Pas de debit pour l'eau la premiere nuit donc on recueillait l'eau dans les mains pour se laver. Le lendemain, c'est l'evacuation d'eau de la baignoire qui n'etait pas bonne. On se retrouvait dans une flaque d'eau dans la baignoire avec l'eau savonneuse. Le WIFI etait instable. Obligé d'utiliser l'internet de notre portable. L'hotel n'est pas a la hauteur des 5 étoiles affichées sur le site.

Hotel is in a good location but the rooms could desperately do with an upgrade. Generally clean but looks as though no maintenance has been done since it was built. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly

The facilities are looking rather tired so it could do with a refurbishment but the sea location. Is excellent and the food was very well prepared by the pool. Salad was lovely & Chinese better then many restaurants... gym was ok but decor and garden could do with a facelift. Popular on Sunday with local people

IT was a value-for-money Hotel

Finishing quality not so good, a/c broke and was not fixed when first reported had to report second time which led to switching rooms, when booking it was indicated that I will have beach front view but did not get it and when asked they said the info on hotels.com was not accurate. Staff were friendly and nice.
