Very nice hotel and extremely friendly, helpful staff. Thank you Tia for upgrading my room. The suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had great views. Breakfast was also delicious.

Very unprofessional cashier in check in counter. They credited the charge three times by mistake.i asked them to cancell two of them, one bill refunded less amount than credited. Very unhonesty..careful for using your credit card there.

The hotel has spacious room and it is clean. Nearby hotel there is one new Korean Japan restaurant.

호텔은 보통이상도 이하도 아닌 그 가격에 맞는 호텔이다. 아침 뷔페는 훌륭하게 제공되었고 객실전망도 훌륭한 편이다. 하지만 옆 객실과 방음이 안되고 에어컨 조절등이 불편하였다. 짧은기간 숙박하기에는 적당하고 걸어서 5분거리에 시프몰이 있어 편리하다.

연휴 끝자락에 급하게 1박 더 하느라 싼곳을 찾아 예약했는데...Eid라는 특성상 어쩔 수 없었겠지만, 방정리가 끝나지 않아 체크인을 못한 여행객들이 로비에 북적북적..저희도 4시 넘어 방을 배정받아 들어갔습니다. 서비스는 친절했지만 여러모로 아쉬운게 많네요. 조식도 아쉽구요. 호텔수영장은 아이와 이용하기엔 무리가 있습니다.

Very good hotel thanks

Such an excellent stay - we were upgraded room and also got offer on an extra night as well as buffet at the restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean and in a convenient central location. I can’t praise the staff enough from desk service to restaurant and pool staff they have been so nice and friendly to myself and my son. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I don’t know how this Hotel has such good reviews. I tried seven different rooms and six of them smell of cigarettes despite being non-smoking rooms. The decor is tired and old. Condition or almost everything is bad and needs refreshing. I left and changed hotels. I don’t Reccomended this place.

All the room lights kept turning on every 30 minutes on their own all night long.

On arrival was given a largr room than previously, Very clean throughout Breakfast staff were attentive, a good selection available Noisy at night tho, outside, there happened to be a boy racer in his lambo, up and down the road outside our window till 1 am Not the hotels fault tho !

Staff members were polite and respectful. Many thanks to Emam at Check In who was very helpful. My room was on the first floor and was very spacious. Only problem was it was the weekend and next to a main road, so constant noise of music and loud cars until the early hours. Gym was decent and enough to keep you going. Breakfast choice was really good. Hotel is close to Seef Mall which is great for retail therapy and food

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service from the staff was fantastic. Our room was clean and so was the pool area. Although they could have done with a few more extra sunbeds. Around the hotel you've got lots of coffee shops and some restaurants too. There's the Seef mall which is a 5min walk for fast food and shopping.

Amazing service and food Rooms super quiet and clean Would absolutely recommend

Very noisy surroundings at night. Speed bikes make a lot of noise during late night and it doesnt seem like hotels around care much to alert the local authorities.
