The facility was ok considering the price. However, the hotel service was poor. Some of the staffs were unfriendly. I booked the seminar rooms there and one of the seminar managers was very unfriendly.

Capital is a good hotel. But the breakfast can not be considered as great. Just good enough. Others were all fine. I would stay there again on my next visit.

The cleaning needs to be improved, and all room supplies should be refilled. The bed sheets need to be checked and cleaned if necessary. Apart from that, it’s quite interesting to stay here. It’s neat, convenient, and has good amenities.

there was a serious plumbing problem. the hotel needs renovations badly the window panels are so thin that the noise from the street makes it impossible to sleep. "spa" hotel does not offer standard amenities like hair conditioner.

I’ve been staying at the Capital hotel for 8 years now when I travel to Addis. Always enjoyed my stay.

ALL STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. WHEN I WAS IN KNEE PAIN, THEY WERE SO GOOD TO HELP ME TO MY ROOM, BRING MY BREAKFAST TO MY ROOM, A WHEELCHAIR AND TRANSPORT TO MY DOCTOR. GREAT JOB!!
