Las instalaciones necesitan con URGENCIA mantenimiento. Es el primer Holiday Inn del mundo en el que me hospedo que no cumple los estándares de calidad de la marca. Inclusive el de Quito, Ecuador, es mejor que este de Guayaquil. Parece un hotel de 2 estrellas. Me dejó sorprendida, pero en mal plan. Eso contrasta con el excelente servicio y amabilidad del personal del hotel que sí merece 5 estrellas

The staff was fantastic. From the driver who picked us up at the airport, the check in staff at the front desk and the gentleman who checked our room n found we left a electronic plug and let the front desk know right away. We look forward to staying there again on our return trip. The BEST Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever stayed in.

Quick shuttle trip from the airport. Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Quick check in. Very nice room. Breakfast was much too expensive.

Usually I got sleepers in that hotel, so I didn’t have to ask for them.

Everything was great, except I was gonna grab some quick breakfast at the buffet that I paid for but there was no breakfast. Not that I could find anyways. But the room was excellent and the staff were amazing.

Clean room, friendly staff , and I dropped my AirPods in the lunch area and they figured out what room we stayed in and got it back to me so extremely thankful.

Necesita cambio del carpete de los pisos, precisamente el 3

O quarto estava limpo e as camas são excepcionais, porém me agrava muito o fato de não ter porta no box do chuveiro causando total inundação no banheiro quando se toma banho, e o fato de não haver ducha higiênica para mim é o fim da picada. No mais, o hotel é muito bom, a piscina é ótima e o café da manhã também.

I always stay here when flying into/out of GYE airport. Always a wonderful experience. The hotel heard the story of a group of international tourists trying to get home to their own country and opened their doors to the travelers who had been in quarantine for a few months in southern Ecuador. The group was too far away from international airports early in the epidemic to reach their various country's relief flights as the roads were closed. Finally the multinational group was able to hire a private plane, with Ecuador's blessing, to take the group to Florida, USA. Where each traveler could reach an airport where a relief flight to their country was still active.
