As always, the Oro Verde Cuenca is the best place to stay. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond. I brought my fiancée, our just turned 6 month old daughter, and our family dog to celebrate my daughter 6 month birthday at the place were we brought her to right after she was born. The hotel manager and staff recognized us since we always stay there, and they brought us a delicious cake and gave our dog a lovely toy, snack, and doggie bed. I couldn't be more grateful for how they always treat us which is why we consider the Oro Verde Cuenca our home away from home. We can't wait to come back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My favorite hotel in Cuenca. The staff is always incredibly helpful, the service and hospitality is above & beyond. Food and atmosphere is 10/10. Room are spacious, comfortable, clean and up to date. Look forward to my next visit.

El personal muy amable, principalmente ante el cambio de habitación que se tuvo que realizar ya que, la habitación asignada inicialmente, tenía un olor a cañería.
