전체 평가 및 리뷰 Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand

공항에서 가까이 있어 늦게 공항에서 도착하여 쉽게 접근할 수 있었음 방과 시설 모두 좋았으며 아침도 훌륭하였으나 가격에 비해서는 가성비가 높다고 할 수는 없음

호텔 상태 양호하며 직원들도 친절했어요. 무스카트 공항 주변에서 하루정도 묵어야 한다면 추천 드립니다. 늦은밤 체크인하고 10시에 체크아웃하여 호텔을 충분히 즐기지 못해 아쉽네요.

I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars. The rooms were not ready when we arrived. The swimming pool was dirty.

Le personnel à la restauration est très gentil et prennent vraiment soin de vous, très bon petit déjeuner. Par contre lors de notre arrivée nous avons dû porter nos bagage seul alors qu’il y avais un bagagiste personne est venu nous aider ou nous accueillir. Ensuite très déçu de la chambre, les draps était troué avec des poils dessus. Le lavabo était bouché… vraiment déçu

This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is lovely, but the hospitality is what makes it exceptional. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home. I’ve travelled the world and can honestly say they’re the best in the business! Thank you so much to everyone for making my trip to Oman so memorable from the start!

Super beautiful property Im shocked how nice it was

Positive: breakfast was super! Negative: the room had some imperfections in the wallpaper and the bathroom (the sink drain did not work well).
