The best hotel

Not like it use too..!

3月末に宿泊しました。雨季ということで、天気予報を見てても連日雨と出ていて不安でしたが、実際には、通り雨があるだけで、雨そのものが問題になることは全くありませんでした。雨季だと思って来たので、アウトドアアクティビティを全く想定しておらず、今度からは着替えなどもっと持ってこようと反省。なお、町全体が空いていて、歩きやすくてよかったです。 お部屋は、何も遮るものが無い完璧なビーチビューで最高でした。部屋のサイズも、ベッドスペース以外に、円卓とイス2脚に加えてオットマン付きシングルソファがあり、ワーケーションもできるし、読書もできる、余裕のあるスペースでした。 もちろん独立したバスタブもあり、それもよかったです。 またホテルのロケーションが良く、ストーンタウン内のどの見どころスポットやオススメレストランまでも、歩いて10－15分なので、遅くまで食べて飲んでしてもホテルに帰るのが楽でよかったです。 唯一残念だったのが、到着の際、空港からホテルまでのタクシーをお願いすべく、Hotels.com内のメッセージ機能でホテルに連絡を取っていたのですが、返信をもらえませんでした。代表電話もつながらなかったです。Hotels.comのサポートセンターの方が尽力いただいて、タクシー手配ができるまでホテルにつながる連絡先を探してくださったので、感謝しています。 代表メールに連絡するのが良いらしいです。 旅にトラブルはつきものですが、それも忘れるぐらいいいホテルステイになりました。

From the moment we walked in the door we were so welcomed and looked after. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was impeccable with the most gorgeous view over the ocean, and the room service was so friendly and clean. Our room was spotless, with a lovely turn down service and treats every night. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again, thank you for the beautiful memories!

This is my favorite hotel in Zanzibar. I have stayed at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar last year and came back again this year. It is a wonderful hotel with great staff and quality accommodations. The rooms and the hotel is super clean, the food is the best and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a plus- you can easily walk and explore Stone Town. I love the soaking bath after swimming and watching TV at the same time - very relaxing. I definitely recommend Park Hyatt Zanzibar.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Zanzibar overall — the service, rooms, location in Stone Town, and breakfast were all excellent and met the Park Hyatt standard. However, the beach/oceanfront experience was very disappointing. I specifically paid extra for an oceanfront room, expecting serene views, but instead the shoreline is dominated by ugly docked boats and ferry traffic, which completely takes away from the view and atmosphere. The beach area itself offers little to nothing in terms of relaxation or beauty. It’s a great hotel, but if you’re booking for an oceanfront or beach experience, manage your expectations — it’s not what the upgrade suggests.

It was an amazing experience the best hotel in stone town

Absolutely blown away by this stunning hotel!The spacious, spotless room exceeded our expectations, and the culinary experience was nothing short of spectacular – every bite was a delight! The staff were total pros, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable – super polite, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely cared about our needs. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend!

Yes but there is a strong smell of mold in many spots.

An absolute gem of a hotel! The building is absolutely beautiful and feels like it has been there forever, even in the new parts. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. They filter their water so you can use the taps no problem to brush teeth but they provide lots of bottled water as well. The location is perfect for exploring Stone Town, which is very safe to walk around on your own. The views of the ocean from the hotel are endless. And the staff goes above and beyond - everyone is helpful, always smiling and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Our only regret is we didn't spend an extra few nights here.

Beautiful rooms with updates fixtures and bedding. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the waterfront and easy access to the water, dining, shopping markets and museums, other attractions.

Stone Town's most exclusive hotel with the best location. The hotel includes beach access a rare thing in Stone Town. Close to all the restaurants and shops in Stone Town.

Traumhotel direkt am Strand/Meer! War früher der Palast des Sultans und 2016 renoviert und neu eröffnet. Überfreundliche Staff, was mit der Zeit nerven kann ….. Der ideale Ausgangsort für eine Boots- oder Inseltour! Die Stadt kann man gut auf eigene Faust erkunden. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind magisch ♥️

Awesome location and view of the Indian Ocean. From our balcony we had direct view of the beach and the ocean. The room was spacious, with nice and comfortable furniture, and bedding. Very nicely decorated. Very clean and one of the best stays that we had. Staff were super nice and accommodating. We loved having drinks and appetizers outside on the deck. Live music added to the very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful property. The staff was beyond amazing and so accommodating. My fiancée and I wanted to use the hotel to take our engagement photos. We spoke with management to sure it was ok and they allowed us to do so. They were so pleasant about it and some of the staff actually stepped in to help that day of the shoot. Aside from the shoot, they were just great people with such good hearts and wonderful culture. I loved it there! I'll be back.
