had big problem when i pay the bills in the reception the lady in the reception was very inpleasant, angry on my request to divide bills by meals/taxes/shuttle in general, had pleasant stay but only problem with service in the reception

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était parfait dès notre arrivée, avec une équipe chaleureuse et à l’écoute. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus appréciable. Un grand merci à Monsieur Iben Fall pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sens du service, qui ont vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Hôtel vétuste qui manque réellement d'entretien. Petit déjeuner correspondant plus à une cantine qu'à un hôtel qui semblait côté ! Mauvaise surprise lors du règlement de la taxe de séjour il m'a été réclamé un surplus de 4969 XOF correspondant soit disant à la TVA ! L'hôtel m'indique que ce ne serait pas de leur fait mais d'EXPEDIA qui réserve les nuitées. Qui croire dans cette affaire si ce n'est de la part soit d'EXPEDIA soit de FLEUR DE LYS une certaine volonté de tromper le client en facturant plus ! En synthèse fuir le site Hotels.com qui prend ses clients pour des pigeons en ne précisant pas toutes les modalités et en émettant des reçus qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité des choses. La DCGRF et mon conseil se chargeront de ces points dès mon retour.

For a hotel, supposedly "de luxe", i was disapointed. Its safe with security, breakfast is decent. But my bed sheets had stains. Water from shower leaking out and staying on the ground...making stains on the tiles, and keeping the room humid. Pool area need to be refresh, no place to lay down next to the pool,Hotel area is in an old q

Well located in the Center of the City near Institut Francais, pastry shops, nice shops. Breakfast is nice too!

The pictures are deceiving. Basic hotel that could use some updating. However, for the price it’s good for sleeping (outside noise gets loud) and showering. I spent most of my time away from the property. They do a great job with breakfast. Good start to the day.

総じて文句無し。従業員はよく教育されており、皆親切で穏やか。 朝食も前よりよくなっている。 今回は一階に宿泊したが、地下の排水溝に近いのか、洗面台から排水の臭いが出てくるのは残念だった(中層階だった前回はこのようなことはなかった)。

Unfortunately our stay started very badly. We were forced to pay 10% tax, even though we had a receipt showing that we had already paid that tax. It was a shame, because it is otherwise a good hotel. Decent room, good beds and excellent breakfast.

Nice place to stay for a night in downtown Dakar. The staff is very friendly/helpful, the room was clean an the bathroom updated. We asked for extra pillows and a towel and they were delivered promptly. The breakfast buffet on the 11th floor gave a beautiful view of the city, but the food could've been better. It was ok, but some hot dishes were not replenished (eggs, sausage) and others looked soggy and overcooked. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay!
