와이파이 속도가 느려서 룸에서는 사용이 불편하였다. 룸의 청결상태, 직원의 친철도는 좋았다.

직원들의 친절한 서비스와 룸의 청결상태가 양호하였다. 빅폴까지의 셔틀서비스는 1시간 간격으로 다소 불편하였다. 룸에서의 와이파이 사용은 속도가 느려서 불편하였다.

It was nice to stay the hotel. I like the people working there, and clean room. Also, I like the dinner.(breakfast was good but not as dinner.) However, I think it's little bit expensive. I've traveled a lot of cities, and stayed a lot of hotel. Considering my own experience, it's expensive than what it is. Anyway, I recommend this hotel, because in Zimbabwe, there are not so much choices. and in that situation, this hotel could be the best choice.

전체적으로 깔끔하며 편안했습니다. 3박4일 머무르는동안 불평할만한것이 없었으며 직원 서비스 또한 친절했습니다. wifi 도 잘되며 수영장 관리또한 잘해주었습니다. 빅폴 시티에서 5분정도 위치에있어 밤에는 조용하며 시티로 이동하기에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 택시를 이용해도 되지만 걸어다녀도 무방할정도의 거리입니다.

Rooms clean and staff was friendly

We had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel. During our initial booking the hotel was fully booked, so we had to do two separate bookings, but they were able to let us stay in the same room. Our family of four appreciated the upgrade to the spacious family room, which came equipped with mosquito nets and insect repellent lotion. The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the attentive service made us feel as though we were the only guests there. The photos on the website don’t do the property justice—it’s even better in person. The location is safe, with very close proximity to both the town and the falls. We didn’t encounter any roaming animals, which gave us peace of mind about wandering baboons in the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again if we return to the region.

For us a great location, friendly staffm internet sometimes would be shakey, but for us not to a point where we could penalise the hotel for the rest of the goodness. All staff where helpful.

Rooms were clean, everything good except the room key situation. Internet down and so didn’t issue room keys. Access room through patio door.

Clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Falls were only a few minutes drive away.

Cresta Sprayview is a peaceful, well appointed hotel with impeccable hospitality. Situated in leafy gardens and with an expansive pool area it is a joy to return to after a day of exploring and enjoyable to spend a restful afternoon near the pool. It has a delicious onsite restaurant and the bar offers a great drinks list. The room is spacious, beautifully clean and has crisp linens on the bed. It is a safe and welcoming sanctuary for exploring this breathtaking region of Zimbabwe, with attentive and thoughtful staff

Staff were excellent. Shower was not warm at all. Great airport transfer $15 per pax and city transfer as needed. Breakfast buffet was fine. Dinner buffet was $20 but not very exciting. Only issue we had was that you can't walk from this resort to any other restaurant. Too dark at night.

The Cresta Sprayview met our expectations for quaint lodging and excellent service. The restaurant staff were exceptional and the grounds were spacious and very well kept. We were graciously greeted by every staff member every time we passed by. The front desk staff were on top of everything, professional and courteous.

While the property is a bit older, it was very clean. The bed and bedding has been updated so it was very comfortable. The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed.
