It was convenient to access to shopping mall. I slept comfortable in most of week but weekend pool party on roof-top made little noisy. Additionally, I wish there were vegetables and warm soup on the breakfast menu. Thank you~

While having breakfast, I discovered that there was mold on the bread I was eating. So, I called a female staff member, but she just glanced at it and didn't say anything, not even an apology, and simply took the bread away. I'm really disappointed that there wasn't a single word of apology. Our team doesn't want to stay here for the next business trip

호텔내의 모든 시설이 사용하기에 매우 편하게 되어있음. 호텔을 많이 건축해 본 경험이 우러나오는것 같음. (화장실내의 모든 버튼 및 스위치 위치, 샤워기 수도위치 등 세세한 기기들의 위치등도 매우 사용하기 편한 곳에 위치하고 있음)

the receptionist could not find my reservation with confirmation issued by Hotels.com and it took almost 30 munites to get the room key only to find out the room was not cleaned yet. Taking my two large luggages up and down to reception floor was hassle when the elevator system does not work properly. the system does not have proper logic built-in and you have to press all four buttons individually to get a lift. The elevator was too small and 2 passengers with luggage easily filled it up. Consequently, you have let it go without you hoping on. Overall, very bad infrastructured hotel with cheap construction materials. The hotel staff including receptionist do not have a clue what they are doing as they dont seem trained properly. They charge me for a bottle of water I did not consume. I remembered one of two bottled water was opened and consumed a little bit when I checked in. I thought it was a mistake from cleaning lady and simply threw away the bottle in the trsh bin. They CHARGED ME OVER 4 DOLLARS! I found that out only after I left the country and I dont bother disputing this as they cant even communite in English properly. The only thing good about the hotel is its location. That's it. Don't even think about staying this hotel if you want a cetain degree of comfort out of ykur hotel staying.

good facilities to use and confortable room. but service is really bad.. these was just one person who can speak English. and they didn't reserve room service well. if i go to Asuncion again, i will not to go Dazzler.

Hotel shuttle from the airport was requested and confirmed by the hotel but never happened. First time in Paraguay and after midnight arrival, we were not happy to find out that no one showed up and the hotel did not answer the phone. When we let the hotel know upon arrival, they were nice enough to offer free shuttle on our departure. I was glad to find out that the hotel took responsibilities for the mishap.

Fui roubado no primeiro dia perto do hotel. Levaram meu celular com todos os cartões. Do boletim de ocorrência na polícia. Tive que comprar um celular novo, portem como a internet do hotel é lenta demorou 2 dias p atualizarem meus apps. Mesmo tentando conversar sobre um possível atraso no pagamento das diárias em função do roubo, me precionaram a pagar no mesmo dia. Tive q buscar ajuda de outros q estavam hospedados no hotel para ganrantir a permanecia. Restaurante do hotel totalmente desorganizado quando a entrega de janta. Fiz pedido às 19h para um jantar no mesmo dia do assalto, e estava sem comer o dia inteiro e por confusões internas dos garçons, atentendes, e depois de 2 reclamações presenciais, meu jantar foi serviço às 22h30, ainda com sem garantia q eles iriam entregar. Serviço de quarto ok, básico, porém meu prato do jantar ficou no quarto com sobras da janta durante os dois dias de hospedagem.

Siempre voy a este hotel, pero el desayuno no fue tan completo como otras veces

Le falta carisma a los empleados. En el restaurante solo había 1 mesero y estaba casi lleno. Los ascensores son lentos y cuando hay grandes grupos haciendo check in es imposible subir a las habitaciones. A pesar de tener estacionamiento, se lo cobran a los huéspedes.

Quarto e localização excelente! Funcionários do hotel muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Café da manhã podia tar um pouco mais de opções, e funcionários do café poderiam ser mais simpáticos!
