Hotel Villa Portofino is a nice enough hotel without anything remarkesble. The golf course view is amazing as is the view over the swimming pool.

This facility is no longer functioning as a hotel! Expeeida should not have marketed this facility! We were only 3 guests in the hotel and I was not able to have hot water for three days! the hotel is nose-diving or at best it should be closed to the public until it gets its acts right!

Excellent local and good price

The hotel has marvellous view of the Golf course and sorroundings. The hotel requires significant upgrade to the carpets in the common area and the furniture

I was given the impression that the rooms come with complimentary breakfast but oh I was proven wrong. The guests were told the bookings from Expedia don’t come with breakfast???? That was very disappointing. The guests had to pay for their breakfast. This is very wrong as it should have been stated clearly during the booking but it was not. I felt so bad.

Decor was a bit dated but well maintained

Lighting is of poor quality need changing and pool had no chlorine so infections of fungus are slightly to happen especially to woman and kids but after all the hotel is fantastic.

Very comfortable room and a lovely hotel. I would stay again. Definitely no Smart tv in the room. The Hotels.com description says that there is no reception. However there is a 24 hour reception so you don’t need to ring in advance.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had an issue when booking in as I booked and paid online and paid in a currency other than USD, but it was soon sorted out. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view from our balcony. Breakfast was very nice and well presented. Staff were friendly and service was good

No value for money. Booked a large room, which was mostly empty. No attention to detail (Examples: room layout, hard towels, etc.)

Firstly - the staff were very friendly and helpful. A plus point. The restaurant staff and the bar staff were sometimes confused by basic requests and the service was slow. The hotel is in need of renovation, carpets dull and dark, seen better days. The room was OK and the bathroom clean. The room staff were efficient. I ate something from the Xmas buffet which made me sick, not a pleasant experience.
