We're two and reserved one family room with twin bed but the hotel offered a room same as standard single. They just split out one double bed only. Asked reception to change a proper room size but they didn't allowed it. So we paid more and stayed with uncomfortable for 5 nights. Even they said they don't have family room offer. How embarrassing we are even we booked with Expedia for a family room which is bigger room than a standard single.

Clean room, breakfast was good and staff were receptive

Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently

The staff were excellent here, particularly the lady host at breakfast, the chef and waitron serving dinner and the managers. The check-in was welcoming and the hot food excellent! The main reason, I'm not giving full marks for our stay here is the condition of the room. The shower door did not keep,

The staff were cordial, rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

Elevators stopped working, room lights not working on arrival. Took maintaince more than 30mins to attend to the issue. Breakfast service was poor, asked for omelet and got attitude from the guy making the omelet. Bathroom cabinets were dated and old. No tissue paper in the restroom on arrival. I will not be returning to this hotel
