호텔 객실 상태가 다소 낡았습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절했습니다. 이용에 무리는 없었습니다.

Siisti huone ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Meillä oli mukava yöpyminen. Aamiaisella oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Uima-altaan vesi oli kylmää, joten siinä kävimme vain nopean pulahduksen.

Our stay at the Golden Tulip Nairobi was Great! Loved the rooftop with pool and bar! A must stay indeed!

Great Staff, first room we were allocated, the air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the curtains didn’t close fully. The staff are very helpful and changed our room to a different one where everything worked great 👍

Friendly staffs and great service, especially at the restaurant during breakfast. All the staffs did great.

Breakfast at Golden Tulip was the best and I had my best black masala tea there. Only thing I didn’t like was the translucent wall design between the bedroom and the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was pretty much good. Plus the lunch options they had were good too.

The hotel is quite suitable for a short duration stay. Rooms are clean, staff okay, not as friendly as they could be. Everyone seemed unhappy or upset. The food is not that great for the price and not very well prepared. The lobby coffee and pastry shop was really good. Overall security was good but the neighborhood was challenging. Recommend being extremely vigilant if arriving or departing at night on foot.

The hotel is ideally located in Westlands, close to the Expressway and amenities, while also walkable in the neighbourhood. Good breakfast options, Continental, English, South Asian, and local options, fresh fruit and juices. The staff also went above and beyond, providing access to the room after an overnight flight early morning before check-in as they had availability.

Nice size and very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.

Unfriendly hostess at Reception. Rude as if she would rather be somewhere other than her employment place. Security in the garage wouldn’t let me out, asked me where I was going, and directed me to the Reception who apologized. Expected better from the brand.
