If I could give this property negative stars I would. It is NOTHING like the photos. My husband and I left before our room was even ready. The bathroom in the lobby was overflowing, the lunch buffet was covered in flies and nothing was on ice, the beach was covered in garbage, the music at the pool was blasting, the pool is a third of the size of the photo. We left and then tried to get our money back and they refused. We never even entered a room. We weee there for 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!!!!

Best place to stay

The room are clean but there Cockroaches in the bed

They claimed expedia never shared I was traveling with 5mo twins, but they had in the reservation two adults and two kids 0-2. They gave me a room in a 4th floor (no elevators). Imposible to handle strollers, luggage and two babies. They gave me the only room they had available in a first floor but It was not the front beach view I paid for. Was in the property limits, with a view to a cover area with the employees bathroom and old mattresses on the floor where employees hanged out at night and we could hear all the conversations. We even had a man knocking on our door at 1 am and trying to open it -scary- and we tried calling reception and no one picked up. The shower dis not work. Food was value for money.

Unfortunately the pool was nasty and client could not use them. The places need more maintenance. The room needed more up today decorations. this is my 2nd time going. No improvement.

Was not good the bathroom water was not working for 2 days

I had money stolen from my room I am very dissatisfied with the stay. I hope the hotel can see this and contact me to arrange something but please avoid this hotel at all cost. The staff is nice and attentive other than that you just run the risk of getting robbed. Don't recommend Dominican Republic as a whole.
