Excellent facility and staff. However, the rooms on the ground floor has a basement vibes with poor ventilation. A good quality air freshener can improve the air quality.

Staff was courteous and respectful. Food was good but pricey.

Great hotel. Restaurant service could be better in the afternoon/evening (slow to greet us). Breakfast buffet was great.

A very modern hotel with excellent security. The room service was good and much appreciated for a quick overnight stay. Perfect for comfort and convenience.

Loved the property. Did not like the challenges we had with the POS system or why we could not put the dinner charges on our room bill and pay all when we leave.

I like everything. The only issue was with the service at the restaurant. The server was not attentive.

Excellent service nice friendly atmosphere and people got a chance to meet phyno famous African artist who also stayed there

Beautiful and Unique. Front desk should learn treat questions asked need answers, even if you're just telling me youre logging into your account, say something in response when questions are asked, although this is very much cultural. Other than that, hotel is amazing! View from,room was hideous.in a mostly empty hotel.
