Schone kamer, ontzettend lekker ontbijt, fijn personeel. De keuken vond ik in de avond wel minder vergeleken bij voorheen.

I enjoyed the surrounding, and the pool (overall the hotel is clean and well maintained).

Nice pool area, but old an a part is closed. Breakfast is very good, but for diner no decent options.

Kamer had een aparte geur badkamer was vies en er was geen warm water. Na geklaagd te hebben kregen we een nieuwe kamer. Alleen hadden we daar geen wifi. Dit hebben we gemeld maar hier is niks mee gedaan. Het ontbijt was ook zeer slecht beperkte opties.

Evreting very good

Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

Excellent séjour

Mon séjour à l’hôtel était fantastique rien à dire sur la déco et l’environnement était agréable avec divers personnels et de gens , je recommande fortement de prendre cette hôtel

L’établissement est excentré des animations nocturnes, commerces, bars, restaurants… Il n’y a pas de restaurants ou activités aux alentours, ni dedans. On était condamné à aller un peu plus loin pour déjeuner ou dîner ou alors on devait manger au snack de l’hôtel qui est un peu cher pour ce que c’est et surtout ce n’est pas très ragoûtant. De plus le chef de salle de ce snack ou responsable est extrêmement désagréable… Il faut savoir que l’établissement n’a que sa piscine de sympathique à proposer, mais malheureusement elle n’est pas réservée qu’aux clients de l’hôtel, et ce n’est pas très agréable du fait de l’énorme affluence autour jusqu’à 22h. La salle de sport n’est qu’un bungalow (conteneur) au fond d’une coure qui reste fermé…Tout ce que vous devez payer par CB est taxé de 5% en plus des taxes btw et des frais de services. De plus une caution de 100€ en espèces est demandée contrairement à d’autres établissements… Il faut prévoir 50€ quand même pour le spa. Au niveau des chambres le réglage de l’eau est aléatoire entre très chaud et très froid, impossible d’obtenir une bonne température en revanche les lits sont confortables, l’agent d’accueil est un jeune homme très agréable et le petit déjeuner est bien.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool. The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt. U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.

They charge for using pool and when you book it they don’t mention anything it’s very rare when you. Are staying at the property and you need to pay for the pool

Our family stay-cation was OK at Jacana. Nice and clean location , give you the outdoor vibes while you're in town The pool with waterval is amazing .

It was just a wonderful experience, staffs were very helpful and the room is definitely 10/10. In addition, the property is extremely clean and beautiful.

Vriendelijke mensen, ruime kamers, prettig ontbijtbuffet met leuk uitzicht over het zwembad. Eieren en of pannenkoeken worden op verzoek gemaakt en zijn erg lekker.
