Facility is not so wonderful, and old but the people in this property are so kind, very nice guys

This property served it’s purpose, but it is in serious need of upkeep. The walls in our room were scraped and torn, the curtains were broken, and the ceiling was covered in mildew. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and unraveling. The staff was friendly and the common areas were clean. The location is the best thing about this hotel as it is within walking distance to all the major shopping centers.

El hotel más ruidoso que he estado en mi vida . Motores de aire acondicionado haciendo ruidos terroríficos . Ruidos de tuberías …. Y ruidos que no sabría catalogar . Jamás me quejo de nada pero esto era tremendo . Habitación 108 evitarla al máximo . Imposible dormir

Hotel muito bem localizado e restaurante com pratos muito bons com preço acessível. Só falta mais canais brasileiros na TV.

Nice clean hotel with great amenities and the staff was remarkable when I had a problem. The counter staff person went looking through the kitchen for tea for my wife's bad stomach. He found it and gave me enough for the whole trip. The breakfast was comprehensive and abundant... and tasted great. Definitely will return. Thanks!

Aus dem Bad kam ein strenger Geruch, schon beim betreten des Zimmer fiel dies unangenehm auf. Toilettensitz und Wasserhahn des Waschbecken waren lose. Haartrocker funktionierte nicht.

Hotel muito bem localizado

Camas cómodas, desayuno muy bueno, limpieza bien, ( el hotel está igual a como lo vi en 2016) las toallas de pileta muy desgastadas,rotas, la atención del bar en terraza dejó mucho que desear, pedimos una pizza 4 quesos y era de las pizzas congeladas,mala

Segunda reveillon seguido que passamos lá e já queremos voltar…pessoal maravilhoso, tudo muito bom no hotel, quartos confortáveis, rooftop e restaurante delicioso, localização ótima!

Pictures are much nicer than in real life. Room looked so old and towel looked old and yellowish. Receptionists don’t speak any English.

O hotel é ótimo. Quanto grande, camas grandes, banheiro ótimo, café da manhã muito bom, garagem, pessoal atencioso.

Mudaram o café, ficou espetacular, reformaram os quartos.

No me dieron la habitación contratada, me dieron una habitación de calidad inferior

Hôtel sale, très bruyant toutes les nuits, draps troués, certains jours les chambres ne sont même pas faites !

Great location. Less than a mile from the Brazilian border and a pretty nice Mall. 15ish minutes from the bus terminal. Breakfast was adequate but not the best. Fruit and postres were excelente but the eggs were juicy, yes juicy and the bacon was swimming in grease. If I went back to Ciudad del Este I would probably stay there again because of the location.

Hotel antigo mas bem conservado, muito limpo e com excelente atendimento. O café da manhã é um outro ponto forte.
