Best Hotel in Nukualofa, kinldy staff and clean room, good food with resonable price

Kindly staff and delicious food with reasonable price, Room condition was good.

It was exactly what we expected for a 5 star hotel should be.

The Pool was the best part of the hotel. Food options are limited. Amenities are also limited and it is not worth the money. However it’s the only option for most.

Comfortable. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant was disappointing.

Relaxing place

Room was good with glimpse of the sea. Only two minor issues -- bar closed very early in the evening, television channels were very limited and internet was very slow -- 2 Mbps down, 1.5Mbps up. Otherwise place was good

We booked for 3 people Kingsize bed and single so they giving us Queen size bed only and so poor service

Staff were very courteous and room was always clean.

What stood out to us were the staff at breakfast. They were so welcoming and made sure everything was okay. Also our room was kept clean everyday when we got back to our room after breakfast. Made our stay very comfortable.

Great spot! Best option on the main island in Tonga! Clean rooms, great pool, good breakfast, working AC, 24 hour front desk for late night arrivals or early morning departures.

The most well established and largest hotel in Tonga, with a great location on the waterfront just near the heart of Nuku’Alofa - with easy access to restaurants, shops, the central market, the palace and offices. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant, but the menu is very limited and the lobby bar was not open when I was there. My oceanfront room was pretty good, but not that spacious for the high price, there was no comfortable lounge chair and noise drifted up from events downstairs. Staff were friendly and kind - but there need to be more of them to support the high number of guests and functions.
