Sehr sauber, sehr schöner Garten. Freundlich. Essen super - sehr guter Kaffee. Angenehme Umgebung - man wird auf der Strasse in Ruhe gelassen. Angemehme, friedliche Menschen, fühlten uns sicher und wohl. Auch ein paar einheimische Restaurants in der Nähe. Familiäre Stimmung im Jakes. Wenn es sehr windig ist, kann man leider nicht im Meer schwimmen da dann das Wasser zu "wild" und somit gefährlich ist. Aber der Pool ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ganz grosses Plus ist, dass man sich an der Rezeption Wasser auffüllen kann für ins Zimmer, und jederzeit da kostenlos Wasser bekommt. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Würden sofort wieder gehen.

Friendly staff, room and towels were nice and fresh love the coffee. I went for a funeral so spa wasn’t apart of this trip but for sure next time.

Amazing views from your room. Staff was amazing. Only thing i would change is softer bed. And a hot tub. The drive from airport was crazy long and tons of pot holes. I whould not drive urself. Took 3 hours

Clean and rustic

Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die Preise für Essen und trinken. Knappe 50% teurer als das Umfeld. Solche Preise erwarte ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel mit all dem Luxus und Das kann Jakes wahrlich nicht bieten..

Ontvangst met een drankje, leuk huisje direct aan zee, elke dag schoonmaak, genoeg ligbedjes, fiets verhuur, supermarktje vlakbij, leuk winkeltje, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hele lieve vrouwelijke manager, bohemian gevoel.

Beach front on the best section of beach. Beautiful, warm, clear water with snorkeling just off shore. Stocked kitchen with stores a short walk away. Games and books available.

The staff was so friendly. The property was gorgeous and very unique. The people of Treasure Beach were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! The roads are a little rough near the resort.

Great place to stay if you want to get a true feel for the culture. Excellent beach that felt private. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had what we needed for the villa to include cleaning, towels, etc. Staying out of season was challenging in that the available markets/grocery was limited so buying needed groceries to use with the unit kitchen was impossible for many items. The restaurants were limited with the property but the food was great and other restaurants are available nearby, although limited likely due to off season. Only complaint was that Jake’s restaurant unlike Jack Spratt restaurant, which I understand is also owned by the property, presented our meal tabs in US instead of Jamaican dollars which added in my estimation about $8 to $12 per sitting for 4 people. When asked they did show the Jamaican dollar cost on our tabs but when they tried to run the credit card charges in Jamaican dollars, many times the card readers at Jake’s would reject for currency mismatch. I did not experience this at any other venue in Jamaica and have not experienced this traveling anywhere else in the world. It was very frustrating, and we never got a clear explanation why certain card readers couldn’t process the charges in Jamaican dollars.

Love this place

We had a bungalow away from the main area so our wifi didn't work in the room. The door latch on the bathroom door didn't latch properly, so the door wouldn't stay shut. The latch on the window next to the door also didn't latch, so it could easily be opened from outside. The entire property seemed easily accessible to anyone but I did feel safe. The room was really lovely and private and the view was amazing. The bed was comfy but the mosquito net was pointless. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Overall, I would stay here again as long as I have enough mobile data on my phone to keep a wifi connection.

Best choice in Treasure Beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is where they shine.
