Property in renovation but bathroom smells

This place is in the heart of Banos, next to the main cathedral, close to everything, with a view of the town, and mountains around it. The place is well kept, creatively remodeled, and had very helpful staff. You will have noise from all the activity outside but the patio doors do block much of the sound when closed. If you're very sensitive to sound you might want to be further from the town center. If you want all the shops and restaurants nearby, this is the place.

Habitación, el personal muy cálido. Mejorar el manejo de ruido, tuve que escribir para que dejaran de hacerlos, a lo que respondieron que en 15 minutos iban a parar, ese tiempo es mucho para alguien que desea llegar a su habitación a descansar, después de un largo recorrido por la ciudad.

Muy bien, mi única recomendación es que el piso del baño debe tener baldosa antideslizante porque las que tiene uno se resbala, además deben ponerle agarraderas en las pararedes para cogerse y así evitar caerse

This was my first time staying at a Socialtel since Selina folded. The experience was exactly like Selina - other than the branding it was exactly the same. Value for the price was good. Room and bedding was comfortable. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom. The common spaces (lounges, coworking space, rooftop) were all really nice.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the park. It has a lovely little terrace offering a beautiful view. The breakfast is quite complete, and as always, the staff is incredibly kind. For what we were looking for, it was perfect.

Las habitaciones muy comodas al igual q la cama, el personal de recepcion y del bar muy atentos amables y profesionales. Buena ubicacion, hay varios espacios en el hotel coml librería una sala muy comoda y buena vsita
