The bed was not comfortable, AC very old, there is bad smell in bathroom I was expecting at least any type of welcoming dish at least a fruit plate as what all other 5 stars hotels are doing, the bar was empty as well.

Just the water pressure in the shower is not good enough

綺麗で清潔なホテルだが、基本的に官僚的な接客で、ホスピタリティが感じられない。 ホテル到着時間が早すぎたので、追加料金を払ってのアーリーチェックインを試みようととしたが、なんと一泊以上の料金を提示された。 ふざけるな、という感じ。 ホテルの外観が特徴的なので、外部から分かりやすいのは良し。 良いのはそれだけ。 あと、ヨルダンのような紛争国に囲まれている立地では仕方がないのかも知れないが、毎回ホテルに入るたびの荷物チェックなどのセキュリティの厳しさは、単に面倒くさい。

Most thing I like the staff

Hotel is enormous and full of amenities. Shops, spa, swimming pool and everything you expect from a resort. The room - comfortable - seemed a bit runed down, bethrooms specially. But service is perfect. And good location.

Hotel is very nice unfortunately it seems that is far from the centre and there are not many options of markets around. A perfect choice if you don’t want to leave the hotel. A not so perfect choice if you want to buy a Coca Cola and some crisps for dinner: a burger is 10 dinars.

Rooms doesn’t match the price

I understand this is an old establishment but very poorly maintained. The bathroom bidet was NOT draining as soon as i walk in the room. I asked for a non smoking room yet i was put in a room that smells like a bunch of amokers were in it before us. The area around the hotel smells like pee so if you decide to walk out to grab food or something, be prepared. Also if you decide to sit at the Ivy cafe by the lobby, i ordered a burger for me and one for my son and it took 40 minutes to come, God knows what would happen if i ordered a steam
