Really excellent service. Very friendly staff and good food. Royal suite was excellent.

My stay was excellent, food was tasty, staff very courteous. Just one minor detail there should be an easier way to make reservations for restaurants requiring it, perhaps witht the use of an app in the future.

A great place to stay. Food was good. Loved being able to eat basically when we wanted. Staff were attentive and helpful. One negative thing was that we chose St James because of their water sports specifically Hobie's. First be aware they are 14' and well used. They were down to 2 boats and only allowed limited time out on them. Bailey worked with us but this limitation was a disappointment.

Beaches could be better

This property has an ocean side and a bay side. The winds were blowing on the ocean side everyday in March, of course. So the bay side was a great alternative. This is a great place with very friendly and helpful staff. We can’t wait to go back.

Loved this resort. Too much to do! I enjoyed the staff and how kind they were at the front desk. The food was AMAZING and theyre are plenty of options. I almost wish we didnt plan things off resort (but antigua has SO MUCH to offer, we will just have to come back again!) Only a few concerns: always check your reservation is being honored accurately, qnd call ahead to confirm. We requested 2 double beds and were given a single king and I had to sleep on a couch the whole time. (This was after a 2 hour delay getting into our room bevause they werent cleaned and ready for 3 pm check in) The wifi is VERY limited outside of lobby and room and some areas do not have the greatest lighting (such as the main pool at night). My biggest concern: The staff at the water sports area did make me uncomfortable. One guy specifically could not take a hint and asked me multiple times for my "instagram" or to "get to know me." He was also pushy with us doing the first activity when we wanted to relax before going out on the water. I kept telling him no very clearly to his remarks but I was so uncomfortable (it was just me and my mom). We left to go do other things ay the resort and didnt go on the boat or snorkle like we wanted to.

The staff was impressive as to how friendly and hard working they are. The amount of work it takes to feed so many people such a large selction of food every day was something that my husbandv and I marveled at, and he was a miiitary chef for over 3 decades! I really liked the adults only pool with the fountain and bar - very relaxing and quiet. The only thing that was an issue for me personally with arthritis in my legs is that there is a lot of up and down walking and the hotel/club is quite spread out. But it is possible to call and get one the staff in their mortarized carts to take you where you need to go at St. James Club. All and all it was a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the St James Club. While it's location is not walkable for outside-resort activities, it's close enough for taxis or car rentals to visit many places. We rented a car for the day via the property and it was great. Staff are friendly, but not quick (not expected, honestly). The facilities are quite good.

Excellent tasting food. Fresh juice at breakfast. So so soup. Beach bed has moss and beware dangerous concrete structures in beach. I hit my foot very bad while bathing.

As always a wonderful visit

The property is lovely. However, most of the staff seemed to be put out if you asked for things, such as asking for coffee with your breakfast. The bartender lady at the main lobby bar, provided the slowest service I have ever seen. The laundry services is NOT same day - it was 2 days and they double charged. Piccolo's is not worth money, the food is meh at best and the wine is over priced and not included with the meal.

Peninsula location with ocean side for the adventurous (we snorkelled twice off the beach) and the calmer bay side with water sports and lots of loungers and shade. Snorkel tour was good despite not going to Green Island due to rough conditions. Staff were great, we will return.

Very disappointed in our stay here. It was not worth what we paid for an all inclusive. The room was nice, that's about it. The staff, when you could find someone that worked there, were friendly. Food and drinks were not plentiful, and they did not use good liquor for the drinks. I did not enjoy this vacation as much as I would have liked.

Food choices seemed limited. No drink services poolside.

Besides the beauty of Antigua, the staff at St. James Club and the fellow travelers we met made out trip!!!! I'd like to acknowledge and thank Omar, Tryphina, and Dwayne, especially!!!!!!!

Hôtel conforme à ce qu’on espérait lors de la réservation avec plusieurs points très positifs : confort des chambres et personnel très professionnel hyper réactif toujours de bonne humeur Le point un peu décevant n’est pas lié à l’hôtel mais à l’environnement. La presqu’île où se trouve l hotel a donc un côté baie et un côté mer La baie est plutôt jolie mais l’eau n’est pas très translucide et n’incite pas beaucoup à la baignade et le côté mer a été impraticable durant la totalité de notre séjour à cause d’un vent très violent Comme notre passion est le snorkiling’ nous avons été très frustré d’autant plus que les excursions snorkiling étaient aussi toutes annulées Sur le plan restauration l’ensemble a été très satisfaisant. Avec un choix de plusieurs restaurants et de choisir entre formule buffet et repas menu à table . Un seul reproche : un choix trop faible sur le poisson notamment pas assez de poissons grillés et souvent pas très bien cuisinés ( trop cuit et recuit) . Nous avons connu beaucoup mieux dans d’autres sites à ANGUILLA

This place is a beautiful setting, unfortunately the week we were there we got crazy wind, which kept us from doing a lot of outside activities. Our fishing trip was canceled due to the wind. Our housekeeper was great. The waiters at the breakfast buffet were great, unfortunately the waiters at the other restaurants were on the lousy side. This resort only serves one kind of beer and I believe it’s what the owner makes. If you want something different, you have to go buy it.

This property was well maintained on the outside and food was decent but unfortunately my room was dirty as they came. Walked in to a half drinkin water bottle and also hair all over the tub and the tub was re painted over which is fine but there was OLD hair painted into the tub. Some kind of dust in every corner of the bathroom. I have pictures of it all and complained while there.
