Excellent hotel. Very kind staffs to satisfy customers. Good safety in stay. I used airport shuttle service (30 usd per person per way). I satisfied the service well.

I booked queen size bed but two singled bed room was provided. Facility was ok but hotel location was in too much crowded area so it was not easy to move on time due to traffic congestion. I should have waited so long time to get my lunch in ground area and staff at the bar was not so friendly. I booked transportation to the airport but it wasn't booked when I double checked later.

Comparing to other hotels that I've tried during the biz trip in Africa, Sarova Stanley is one of the top ones, I guess. Or course, the price is set a bit higher if you think of any hotel in Europe of US; the condition of the room is also not perfectly satisfying. But,this is Africa. Every service targeting foreigners or upper class is very, very expensive, even tho the labor cost and cost of living is much cheaper than other regions. + Good location, high level of security, nice room, clean towels, comfortable bed, 24-hr restaurant in the ground floor which is good for biz travellers, nice pool, 3 good restaurants, massage, souvenir shop - VERY SLOW service, interior of the room (a bit old fashioned), broken TV (I am not a TV fan, so it was not a problem)

I was surprised to find this very historical hotel in the heart of Nairobi. Small lobby was quite impressive with historical items decorated here and there. Quite British like decoration. The breakfast was good but the chairs were not very comfortable to enjoy the food. Hotel rooms were of course not new but spacious and comfortable. I and my colleague had a great stay in this hotel! Unless you prefer a luxurious decoration, it is a very good hotel.

호텔이 전통이 있어 좋으나 신식 건물이 아니어서 조금은 그렇지만 케냐에서는 최고급호텔로 알아주니 그런대로 만족,,, 다만 위생은 안 좋음,,예를들어 커피포트안에 물을 채워뒀는데 얼마나 뒀었는지 몰라도 금속부분에 먼지가 눌러 앉아있어 사용못했고, 화장실에서 벌레가 나왔음

I was sorry for staying just one night. There are many facilities that in good condition and food was very good. Staffs are very nice. Room was clean. Airport pick up service was comfortable(but expensive). I would stay Sarova Stanley if I visit kenya later even the cost is a little bit expensive.

It is a beautiful building, immaculately maintained, thoroughly modern, yet with the feel of a world-class, historic hotel. The Thai Chi restaurant is exceptional for the quality of the food and the ambience, and the breakfast buffet, especially featuring local dishes on Friday mornings, is wonderful. The best part though is the hotel staff: warm and welcoming Hospitality Professionals, knowledgeable about their mission, proud of what they do, and determined to provide an excellent level of customer service and experience. I recommend this special place unconditionally - and plan to return!

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is amazing! Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions. They and all the other staff made our stay outstanding. Already looking forward to booking again.

The staff was very friendly helpful and provided me an extremely safe and enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve traveled the world .

It was everything I needed. If I go back to Kenya, I’ll stay there again.

The airline lost my bag. The hotel told me repeatly that my bag was on its way. Lots of times I was informed it was just about to arrive. It finally arrived 45 hours after my check in. I don’t know if it was incompetence or what it was, but I’d expect a classic 5* hotel to either retreive my bag (i’d be happy even if it had cost me $300) or get someone else to get it for me. The staff in the execetive lounge was very friendly.

Lovely stay - beautiful old colonial hotel. Pool snacks samosas & chicken. Very central can walk to KICC and Masai Market. Maxwell & Emily spoilt us in our club with drinks & snack. Highly recommended.

I had the best time my wife and I was greeted as royalty . The hotel , staf and everything was out of this world. Sam Nyuthe at the front desk made all this possible. I can’t wait to stay again. Looking forward to booking my next stay .
