Because of full booking, I have to pay high cost per night compared to other period. Service was good and staffs were kind and suppportive.

출장간 이용할 호텔을 검색하면서 그동안 많은 곳을 다녀봤는데 이번에는 중요한 일정이 있어서 꼭 다카 시내에 머물러야 했기에 평소 친숙한 노보텔을 선택하였습니다. 역시 깔끔하고 방도 크고 좋습니다.

L’hôtel est propre et bien placé mais mériterait une rénovation pour rejoindre le standing habituel de Novotel

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité à pied de plusieurs lieux touristique (musée des civilisation noires, place de l’indépendance, port pour île de gorée…). Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, propre et wifi impeccable. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et chaleureux. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return.

Beautiful hotel, room, and area. The water is nearby and visible from your window (if booked). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Habitación 727, el estado del baño, espejos, lámparas es patético por lo deteriorados y sucios que están. Los cristales de las ventanas no se han limpiado en años. Muy descuidado de mantenimiento en general

We had a very scary experience with the staff. Our room had no deadbolt then we had someone knock and try to get it. Then someone from the front desk call up and ask if I was alone and if the door was locked. Mind you I’m a younger female. I tried to talk to the staff about it via email but it’s been 10 days with no response. Super disappointed in their customer service and lack of safety. DO NOT stay here!

room was just about fine - clean-ish but super rundown. food in the hotel was dire, would recommend checking out other hotels locally or the many great local restaurants in the area some of the staff are very rude, very pushy and make the experience of checking in / using amenities extremely unpleasant
