I spent 1 night on business at room 509(King Bed room). The hotel is sitting inside City Center Mall thus gives extra convenience for shopping and dining. Receptionists are responsive and reliable. One issue with my room is its King bed is made up of 2 singles, not a genuine King and the bad thing about it was I could feel the right single is taller than the left. :) I recommend the hotel to bring "genuine King bed" for their King bed Room, not the combination of 2 singles. The other issue is my room 509 gives terrible view. Looking ahead is rooftop of the shopping mall where all air ventilations are installed, feel like sitting in a factory. Amazingly no noise was coming from outside. :) So I recommend staying above 7th floor or on the opposite side. Have a nice stay there, falks.

Great Hotel and excellent location next to the mall. Breakfast was superb.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful in making omelets and providing superb service.

There was no hot water when we checked in and I took bath in cold water. It hen I called room service to fix the problem and the technician took about 40 to 60 minutes to change the part with lots of noise. When he finished his work then we had to call room service again to clean up the bath room. Water tank on flush was ver slow and the technician also fix that. The bath cabin had space between door which drains water to main bath room. I called the manager to register the complaint but he didn’t show up.

Best hotel regarding the cleanliness and location. Staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended for both families and solo traveling.

Room smelled musty

A wonderful stay in Bahrain. The hotel is connected with the largest city mall in Manama, which makes shopping is so easy and enjoyable. Breakfast is fantastic, with big variety of foods and drinks. Services are top notch, especially the front desk. I like the tour they arranged, giving me a chance to experience the charm of Bahrain. Last but not least, I’d recommend Bahrain to any who wants a safe, relaxing, friendly journey in an exotic destination and at the mean time educated by its civilization heritage.

We had an amazing stay! My friend was very happy with the surprise prepared, which made our trip extra special. The staff, especially Riche, was extremely helpful, and the housekeeping team also did a great job in keeping everything perfect. Thank you for the warm hospitality—we truly enjoyed our time here!

Good place for weekend

Food options are uncounted, beds are clean and comfortable, transportation are available around the clock, staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was one of the most pleasant stays on my trips ever. The workers are treating us as friendly as they can. the location is fantastic and near the largest shopping mall. the gotel condition is very good.

Room was great and clean. All staffs in reception and restaurant all very kind and nice. Only one not so good point was food is a bit less fresh, maybe due to humidity control.
