숙소도 청결하고 방도 넓은 편이라 좋았음 단, 시내와 멀리 떨어져 있어서 20분마다 한대씩 오는 셔틀을 꼭 타야함.

The hotel was very nice. Especially the pool was awesome. However, the shuttle bus awful. Did not meet the time and lousy, so poor. Also I could not find the hotel from the google map. Except for the bus and the map stuff, the overall service was awesome. I didn't like the mountain view. I very valuable hotel in Monte Carlo

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. The room was well kept, clean and fresh.

Amazing receptionists and concierge!! Very professional and helpful at all times!! However we had an incident that somebody had went to our room when we went out to a restraint in Monaco and were gone 3h. We found horrible mess in our bad-room . We were in such a state of shock we did not know what to do… Ones we reported it the Pakistani general manager was extreme rude , bad mannered and did not apologize us and denied that somebody most likely a room manager ( like a receptionist said) had messed out room!! We spend this summer 20k got this hotel and experience what I never seen in any hotel in my life had now this made me have a camera that I ll always leave and keep on all my hotel rooms.

Excellent absolutely the best

A beautiful hotel with an incredible lagoon pool with sand bottom. We had a full sea view room with an amazing view. The hotel felt brand new, the room was huge and the bathroom was immaculate. My only complaint about this hotel is the food is very expensive and the options are limited, especially at the pool. There was even a couple hours in the morning with no restaurant service at all, perhaps because it was early in the busy season. There is nowhere to really walk for food outside the hotel, either. It is a short drive to the casino area and marina, plenty of restaurants and shopping there. Despite that, I look forward to returning one day!

Bello l’hotel come sempre. Vado da oltre 15 anni. La manutenzione lascia a desiderare. La porta finestra non si chiudeva e abbiamo chiamato intervento e la cassaforte non funzionava, chiamato intervento, aggiustata ma dopo 12 ore stesso problema. Lenzuola con grosso buco. I manager dovrebbero controllare quotidianamente, ma forse fanno altro……

Great location and hotel

Le cadre est incontestablement superbe : chambre spacieuse, vue mer comme demandée – un vrai bonheur au réveil. Le service est globalement présent, professionnel et discret, ce qui sauve clairement l’expérience. Cependant, pour un établissement de cette renommée, certains aspects laissent franchement à désirer. La décoration des chambres commence sérieusement à dater, et donne l’impression d’un palace qui vit un peu sur ses acquis. Grosse déception également côté SPA : fermeture sans prévenir à l’avance, ce qui est difficilement acceptable à ce niveau de standing. Enfin, mention spéciale au petit déjeuner… pour sa médiocrité. Produits très moyens, choix limité, présentation peu soignée – on est loin, très loin, de ce que propose la concurrence dans la même gamme. En résumé : un cadre exceptionnel mais une prestation globale qui manque cruellement de mise à jour et d’attention sur les détails. Un peu plus d’effort et Monte-Carlo Bay pourrait vraiment être à la hauteur de son nom
