Nice room and great staff. Enjoyed the breakfast area but breakfast options could improve.

Flew in from a flight for an over night stay. Hotel is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We had to wait a while for extra bedding for the pull out couch. After flying all day this was bit of a piss off but other than that everything was great.

Didn't actually get to stay there. Our room was flooded out, and we ended up being moved to another hotel, about 10km away, as there were no other rooms in this hotel. We were sent emails regarding this situation but were on an airplane mid-flight so didn't see them.

The hotel was immaculate. The pool was one of the nicest hotel pools I’ve seen. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

It was a very nice, much needed staycation for me and my family. It's fairly new so I expected it to be clean and beautiful - and they did not disappoint! Staff was really nice, although I did ask for an hour more late checkout and it was approved; but I got someone calling the room while I was in a meeting, and housekeeping did enter the room. It was a minor thing but a learning opportunity for better communication between the front desk and housekeeping. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I would definitely stay again.
