최고의 숙소에서 너무나도 잘쉬고 잘먹고 갔습니다. 유바다케하고는 도보로 15분 정도 소요되나 숙소위치가 복잡하지않고 주차장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 시설과 가이세키, 조식 너무나도 만족스러웠고,직원들께서도 친절하셔서 만족스럽고 잘쉬다 갔습니다. *사진은 일부만 올립니다 ^^

접근성은 떨어지지만 여관은 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다.

일단 호텔이 쿠사츠버스터이널에서 꽤 높은 곳에 위치해서 버스터미널1층밖에서 호텔셔틀을 이용하는게 좋음. 모르고 걸어갔다가 죽는 줄 알았음. 여관이라 식사를 제공하고 있으나 식당에 가서 먹는 스타일임 노천탕도 따로 예약이나 돈을 내는 건 아님. 방에도 탕이 있어서 간이 노천탕느낌은 날거 같음 그밖의 간식이나 야식이 제공되고 있으나 커피는 진짜 맛없었음.

無料で提供するなら宿泊者全員にいきわたる数を揃えてもらいたい。

Dinner is great! Onsen facilities are great! Place is clean and has a traditional ryokan vibe as described. Must come!

溫泉質素和地方是很好，食物品質比我想像中差，沒有比姊妹店木之葉好很多。性價比一般。

共立リゾートなので期待して行ったけど、お風呂ぬるめ、ご飯は冷たい、あれ？ってなる所多かった… 場所は湯畑より少し離れているので静かで、また部屋も綺麗で良かったが、メインの料理、お風呂に少しガッカリでした！ ただ部屋風呂は暖かくて良かったです☺️ アメニティもっと揃えてたらいいなぁと思いました💦

The rooms had a great traditional feel and the private outdoor tub was really nice to enjoy. My friends really loved the public and private onsen as well. They even have a spa onsite and the massages were very good and reasonably-priced. The breakfast and dinner meals were excellent, although maybe a bit too much food for us. Walking into Yubatake wasn’t all that bad, but a bit icy in spots.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par le personnel, notre chambre était très agréable. On a pu profité les bains publics/privatifs, qui offrent un réel moment de détente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great stay. Check-in was simple and efficient. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Made it easy with English speaking staff. Enjoyed the public bath. Room was comfortable and well kept. Overall I had a great stay.

Average services, I rate both good and bad. Good is the inclusive meals (optional during booking), I was given a lot of quality food in a presentable traditional Japanese setting, but bad is that my booking includes 2 adults and 1 kid, the hotel told me I needed to pay extra for my kids staying (I had no choice so I paid) and tried to charge me other items like extra bed, extra meal for my kid (I rejected these). I hate how the hotel manage bookings and dishonesty as I had already paid my booking for 3 members in full but then got charged extra when I arrived without any email communication before I check-in, other major problem to the overall experience is that most of the staffs speak broken English and even not understand, I find it very difficult to communicate, also both indoor and outdoor onsen water is all dirty, the outdoor onsen water is not even hot.

彼女との記念日で使用しましたが、とても満足いく結果となりました。スタッフの質も高く、館内も綺麗で食事も美味しく、非の打ち所がなかったです。 またここに泊まりたいと思える、そんな場所でした。

Staff curtious, amenities including half board(breakfast and dinner). Good to have private onsen in our room plus 3 other private ones we can use.
